Omg MetroScamShield has been a blessing. I’d get around 10 scam calls every single day and I started hating my phone and was thinking on maybe switching my phone number? If that’s help???

My husband found out about MetroScamShield which I had no idea there was one. I forgot how it feels to receive scam calls. It’s been a few weeks and I am so happy! Thank you! ♥️

It worked great for a long time then suddenly the add (+) icon at the top right of the page froze and would not let me add any calls to the block list or to the send to voicemail list. Then ALL my calls were forwarded to voicemail and my phone stopped ringing. It caused me a lot of problems and trouble to get it all straightened out after I deleted MetroScamShield . I also reached out to Scam Shield customer support 2 or 3 times but after the first automated response they stopped responding. No support whatsoever. I’m very wary of reinstalling MetroScamShield now, I don’t know if it has some sort of malware or virus in it. I am paying for it you’d think they’d be just a little concerned but obviously not. I can no longer recommend MetroScamShield. At your own risk.

Name ID has been successful to a point. At first it was perfect. No interruptions at all. I felt a sense of power and peace to know that I could answer my phone. But now the scammer just continue to text message my number now with all their unwanted junk that they text to me. The trash that they text to me sometimes is so inappropriate. I’m hoping the you can come up with a way to block them from resorting to text message harassment. So even tho I love Name ID I still feel that my rating has to be low.....

I contacted my carrier after receiving countless calls from “no caller i.d”- and when I say countless I mean COUNTLESS as in 15-20 in a minute! They had me download MetroScamShield to end the constant calls I was being harassed with. I did as I was instructed, it said the scam block was now on, and the agent told me my problem was over. About 7 minutes later the “no caller i.d” calls began again and the screen that shows that MetroScamShield is on, with the counter to show the number of scam calls MetroScamShield blocked still shows 0- even as the calls were coming in!? Ridiculous 😡

You can’t go wrong using ID blocker. It gets so bad sometimes with the telemarketers calling all day and you tell them to put you on the don’t call list then all of a sudden 50 more numbers are calling and unto be known it’s the same company. Thank You ID caller you have taken a lot off me. I will always keep you in my phone.

I was very skeptical about downloading MetroScamShield for my Metro account. It’s been a couple months already and I have noticed a drastic difference in spam calls and scam calls. Messaging also. It’s a free service I see no reason why anybody would not want this. I was getting maybe 10 calls a day.

I’m getting 32 to 47 calls from the same number at one time. I’m getting more calls now than before my phone number was changed, is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening?

Let me add a few numbers to the Block list and hasn’t let me add any numbers to any categories at all for weeks and customer service is unresponsive. I have also had all notifications ON since day 1 yet I have NEVER received a notification for any of the listed calls it has “Scam Blocked”
Most reverse search numbers I attempt to look up provide no information whatsoever. Don’t waste your money!!

This is the best and I got a message saying scamshield is now free for metropcs customers and I downloaded and now I get no scam calls which I am now proud of and even more happy that nobody has to pay for a service that is a customer of metropcs!!

Scam callers still getting through after calling more than once. I do not receive notifications from MetroScamShield even though it is turned on to notify me when a blocked caller or scam call is blocked. It will notify me when I open MetroScamShield days later when a call is blocked. Does not refresh and show recent calls. MetroScamShield just doesn’t work. It’s updated, uninstalled installed again. Nothing.

When it works it’s great but it has it’s problems sometimes it doesn’t work. Can’t figure why won’t show calls then out of the blue it shows callers but when it works it’s great

My phone hasn’t been this quiet in about 2 years. I usually get no less than 10 scam calls a day. Not a one today. Good bye to picking up the ringing phone every hour or so and seeing scam likely. Love this!

I DON'T GET WHERE THE IMAGINARY 5 STAR REVIEW IS COMING FROM! MetroScamShield is so useless to a point where you can't look up any phone number(s), none of the features mention in MetroScamShield can even be use. It block an imaginary phone number that I never even get a call from a date that MetroScamShield wasn't even install. And MetroScamShield show a bunch of other phone numbers on the date MetroScamShield was never install. Waste of time and space!👎👎👎👎👎

Have been getting a lot of scams calls, guess it looks like the rest of the world is getting back to work again.

I totally love MetroScamShield ever since I’ve downloaded the NAME ID APP on my phone,, it don’t ring constantly thru out the day and night like it used to before I downloaded the NAME ID APP. Thank you for coming up with this wonderful app I have on my iPhone........

Best App that I could download to get rid of unwanted calls. I wish that you could fix it so when the number is blocked it doesn’t show up in my call log

I really wanted to like MetroScamShield but it’s not worth it. I got it to block people calling from unavailable or blocked caller ids but they are still able to get through and call. Maybe it’s because I have an iPhone idk but regardless it’s not working for me. I’m deleting it when the month is up

MetroScamShield did block the scam calls, but the number of blocked call count is exaggerated! I noticed almost every blocked call was appeared on the blocked call list for 8-10 times, but the call time is exact the same minute and second. Fake data for earning the credit?

It works ok for scam calls but I still get few that go through the shield. Also a week ago I started receiving scam txt msgs around 5 per day, I wish in a future update you guy can give us an txt msgs shield as well.

No more annoying scam calls I was just about to change my number until I found MetroScamShield it works wonders

It helps to find some nuisance # to block them as they continue calling people this
app will selected them to put a name on them!!!

Works good Cuzz that’s own Crip. When Bugga Boo’s call from a blocked number,, guess what??? Caught them like a hood rat looking for some cheese. You can see who they really are that’s calling you. Amazing!!!

Right out of the gate it tells you can’t updat your account and I have never had an account with them . How could I . I’ve never had MetroScamShield.. ridiculous .... I’m trying to get these #%%%<€€****%> scams tell marketing nightmare jokes to stop calling me and I download this piece of 💩, just to have it in my cloud now and do what ever it’s designed to do .thank you for the 4.7 rating love it NOT DINT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

My spam calls were reduced significantly.

Very difficult to get help when you need it. Very hard to mesh with other similar apps that need to work together to get the most out of both.

Still get about 4 to 5 calls a day, When I’m paying for the premium service. There is no way to categorize the call as spam

App is great for displaying who called and denotes if it’s a scam call. However can’t clean out the list, delete or do anything. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t clear the list either. Really need to fix the settings.

Blocks lots of unwanted calls, my phone is already ringing less! Nice job Metro!

Just downloaded MetroScamShield so if it works good I’ll edit my rating higher still trying to read into it all
