McAfee Security for Metro Reviews

I am pleased with the product and what I pay for AND when there is a problem and I have to call or go into the store... it makes me want to yell!

I know I am a bit more informed on how workers should treat their customers right down to facial expressions and body language.
I trained first therapists to conduct therapy at KERN COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH. I then trained the entire clinical staff 200+ to improve what used to be called
“Bedside manner”
I know my business and Metro Staff need to be trained to focus only on the customer in the office or on the phone and avoid crosstalk and about ten other standards that they do not meet.
They need to be trained. They would remain at their job longer and enjoy it more if they learned some simple skills that most people who must work with people really do not do anymore.
It’s a lost skill. If you are a pianist and stop playing for five years it will take months of intensive practice to get back to your prior skill level.
Too bad. It would only take a few hrs to help MCS staff to improve a great deal!

Reason for 4 Stars i don’t see any VPN options like the original app. The only difference this application have is send messages when your phone lost thru the web and to sound and lock your device. Other security apps no longer have that feature due to iOS 14 security implementation! Other then that McAfeeSecurity is crap it just doesn’t feel packed with all features! (“But it’s free “)Thru metro PCs hurray enjoy !

You’ll never get your pics back! Don’t use it. McAfeeSecurity obviously has a useless developer. They built it and let it go just hoping all would work. And as for metro pcs, they don’t care about there current or long time customers. They only care about getting more but once your on board, screw you shut up and don’t complain. If you want some advice, port your number over to another service once a year to get a new phone cause metro only gives deals to people who port there number over from another service. Long time customers get nothing but grief.

I already have McAfeeSecurity on my phone because I have McAfee total protection now it’s on my phone twice a PCS Metro is charging me a monthly fee for its use Bith McAfee and PCS Metro are claiming it’s each company to fix this double fee. So I am going to quit using both next month what are terrible rip off from both companies. I hope now that T-Mobile owns PCS Metro maybe they will fix it as fats a McAfee Kasperkey is sounding much much better every day PCS Metro and McAfee are sure terrible companies I know I will never hear from either one. I'm giving it three star for now. I'd like to try it first before I gave into to all the hype. This is the first I have used this type of online personal security monitoring. As a first time subscriber, it would be on best interest to experience the service myself, besides getting help from the previous and recent members. The idea is to get the full benefits and experience. On how when they preach Safety is the main concern here, . I will follow up in couple of months.

Buyer beware. I had to switch to this program because metro dropped the lookout program for their phone insurance. At first I was impressed, However over time I found issue. The VPN shuts itself off without warning.
It doesn’t actually scan your phone for issues, just your WiFi.
It eats up your data running the location all the time.
It doesn’t always warn you that your phone software isn’t up to date.
It only backs up your contacts, NOT your secured files in the “vault”
!!!!!IT DELETED ALL MY PROTECTED FILES WITHOUT WARNING!!!!!!!! And all they said was, sorry.

It basically doesn’t do near anything it says. It checks your WiFi and tells you your WiFi is safe..... randomly at 3 in the morning!

McAfee has the best iPhone security around. They are always very attentive to your iPhone actions. They’re number #1 in my book!!! Thank you for your time and expertise.

McAfeeSecurity is just loading its been like that for almost 30 minutes

This new switch is so much better than the last. It’s more interactive and on demand. I know exactly what’s going on with my phone at any given moment.

Crap app doesn’t let me go back when I needed to fix a small mistake.

I really like McAfeeSecurity easy to use, but I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 5s to a 7 and the safe web (VPN) is gone. It’s still available on the 5s but not on the new 7 phone. If McAfeeSecurity doesn’t have the safe web (VPN), I’m wondering if it’s worth keeping.

I have asked several times to fix my email address the iCloud is spelled wrong so I can’t get a new pin and how are you protecting my phone if you don’t have the correct email address. I sent a email and chat into McAfeeSecurity several weeks ago and still same issue. What a waist.

When I set up McAfeeSecurity I did not have my glasses on and I got my email account wrong so I contact Mcafee to fix it and they say they can’t only T-Mobile can... and T-Mobile says they can’t. My biggest question is why can’t I change it in the settings part of McAfeeSecurity !!!!!!
I have to say this is really frustrating!!

McAfeeSecurity is easy to navigate through, and has a great layout.

When running a scan the scan never stops on iOS 7plus

Need more help with instructions for people with little knowledge of computer world.

I have mcafee on two computers. Why isn’t there a log in option? I shouldn’t have to create a separate account for my phone!

Had to switch due to service provider but easiest app I’ve ever used!! Love it!

I like every thing except for the fact that I added tons of pics to the media vault only to have them all disappear and I can't add anymore pictures to it either. Lost a lot of personal stuff. Pretty upset.

So far so good it’s running really good my cell phone is best or now

What’s safe about it? It never works. Doesn’t turn on . Is it broken ? Try getting in-touch with customer support that’s another issue is that broken too.
