PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan will NOT do anything except crash, a waste of money and time!! I am sorry I even tried PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan . The free version acted like it would work except that to do the quantity of pages required it indicated I needed to upgrade. Rather than unlocking permissions as most apps do when you upgrade this downloads an entire new, but useless, version. PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan needs significant work before you charge anyone else so much as a penny. I tried using Apple report a problem, but it says there’s nothing to report??? I plan to continue to Perdue a complete refund from this ripoff!!
I wasted money on PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan expecting it to take a photo and then it into a document. It only acts as a camera and sends a photo like a camera. I could just email myself that photo if I wanted it in photo form. Don’t waste your money, find another document scanner to purchase.
1 star because $10 is ridiculous and they didn’t even come out. Everything is fuzzy. Give me a refund. This apps is a rip off.
My notes app has a free scanner that works better. This does not allow you to convert to text as advertised. Rip off and I want my money back.
In the beginning worked fine after a month stopped up loading and can’t send as pdf or jpeg anymore!!! Look elsewhere don’t waste your time or money!!
This “upgrade” is a complete waste of money. If there were a way to get my money back I would. The scanning function on this upgrade doesn’t even work as well as on the free version.
PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan keep shutting down by itself while using in these days, I was fine months ago, got no ideal what is wrong with it
I tried to contact them to cancel the Pro Scanner App. It states there is no email address and it doesn’t give you any options to add your info and email address. I am now contacting the Apple store to cancel it. Big rip off! You can’t cancel services but they sure do promote their other services and add ons!
Not obvious you needed to buy the pro version to scan more than a few pages. Other scanner apps made clear in app purchases were required. Saves PDFs as huge files so difficult to share. May as well just use camera and send as jpg.
Doesn’t work# I am able to get text scanners to work I’m my Samsung galaxy phones, but not here. I should have read other reviews about PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan before I purchased the pro version. I agree with everyone else. PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan doesn’t work, it only crashes and puts out a bunch of characters and letters which doesn’t make sense##
I love PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan, it is super flexible and friendly. However, it has recently started crashing on my iPhone 15 Max Pro, so much so I can’t even get an email off to let anyone know. I have tons of docs wrapped up in PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan but will have to reconsider switching off the iPhone platform/interface continues to crash since it’s useless to me on my phone right now (quitting this from iPad). PLEASE fix why it’s crashing on the iPhone!!!
When saving to “files” on the Pro version, it does not give an option to choose where it goes. It only states the upload was successful.
I bought this for the image to text OCR feature in order to save time. However, that feature didn’t work well. They got 2 words out of 70 words. So now it seems I have to type it out. Wish I had known.
Even with the paid version of PROSCANNERPDFDocumentScan. Hopefully that will go away!!

Their image to text conversion software is absolute trash! Don’t waste your money!

Just purchased the pro version and it works great and very speedy. Has an auto feature that highlights the page scanned so no more cropping. Love it. Can save it and sent it and print it.
