NoBroker Rent Buy Sell Flats Reviews

I had availed Packers and Movers service last week for which I clearly mentioned that I would need an exclusive vehicle and not a shared one. However, they booked a shared service but each time they called me from booking till service date, they told it is an exclusive service. On the day, vendor partner told it is a shared service and I was shocked because in each call they assured me that it is an exclusive service. I had to make multiple calls to get this resolved and as such a revised quote was told over phone with assurance that consolidated invoice will be sent to my mail ID post the service completion and to make the difference payment to vendor directly. It has been 5 days and multiple calls but I am yet to receive the invoice. Added to this on the day of movement, vendor partner vehicle dropped the packing guys and material and left to take other works. During the booking time and during all my conversations, I clearly mentioned that my society allows movement only between 9am-6pm and despite that transport vehicle came only at 7Pm for loading. And all this while, movement manager was never available and my calls were always forwarded to others. Why assign a movement manager when they are never available at all. Even FRM did not pick my calls. Worst service I have faced in the recent past and I am never going to trust you guys again.

When I was talking to the person who take money from me she said no broker RM will work according to USA timings , after paying no one responding to calls even when I try to contact the RM at IST timings ,Also said Professional pictures will be uploaded in advertisement but not uploaded not a single picture. I was trying to ask for the tenants who are interested in property no response from RM . Worst customer service from No broker I have ever experienced. I never expected this type of service for almost 20 k Rupees .

Objective of this review: Create awareness about the horrible experience of paid Nobroker plans among the potential plan buyers. THIS IS NOT FOR A REFUND. I DONT NEED MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE USE IT TO IMPROVE YOUR PROCESSES AND OVERALL MINDSET FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICES.

REVIEW:

I bought this ₹8,000+taxes plan because the page mentioned that customer gets a Relationship Manager (sharing properties and coordinating with owners) and a Field Relationship Manager (visits properties for virtual visits).
1) Horrible coordination by the RM
- virtual visits scheduled are canceled or rescheduled without my consent or awareness
- extremely poor communication (never answers call)

2) Field RM experience
- basically there is no experience because I have not been able to see even 1 property
- I have told the RM and other people at least 20 times now that I can only see virtually, still everyday some new guy calls and asks to visit the property and when I say I am not in Bangalore, there is no virtual visit.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: There’s a huge difference between the Sales pitch and the actual experience. I hope this creates some awareness for better decision making.

I wish I get an opportunity to change my views about Nobroker by getting good service not a refund.

I wish I had seen d review before paying 1179 to u thieves…it’s been more than 24hours I paid for d freedom service yet no contact is being sent to me as if that isn’t enough I’m trying to chnage my registered numbe n it’s been since 24hours I’ve reached out to you guys for that but I keep hearing same stupid storie technical issues,I’ve sent a complain to the concerned team exactly like this…ok now it’s d third time I’m trying to reach them again and it’s not connecting it’s saying connection lost whic is clearly not from my side Cus ie got a data n wifi tha works perfectly fine…refund my money or else I’ll book ur agent or broker service n when I catch whoever that will attend to me n show me house we’ll all end up at the station or I’ll give him jungle justice…try me and see

I purchased their premium rental management services plan (CPMS) on December last year. Till date (April 17th, 2023) I have not got any tenant.

Rishab Bhatia kept on calling me till i purchase the plan. Once i did, there was no response from him at all. Shyam, a relationship manager, was initially assigned to me. Later, he too disappeared. After a few weeks, I received an email informing me that my property has been deactivated. I hurried to NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats to check what had happened. To my surprise, NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats behaves as if i have never purchased the CPMS program at all. When i called their Customer care, i was told that they increased the price of the CPMS program and that I would have to pay again.

This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. How can someone entrust their property in your hands if you keep treating consumers like this?
Best of all, they assume that my original CPMS payment has been refunded and You guessed it: it never arrived in my bank account.

I bought a freedom plan on march 28-29th when supposedly NoBroker app was not working as expected due to technical issues. But they accepted my payment.
Latter for next 7-8 days app didn’t work when I required it most. Hence I turned to a broker to rent my apt.
During these 7-8 days when app was not working I kept on asking for my refund. They kept on saying due to technical issue they cannot refund. And the day when NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats started working, they mentioned they have sent me an owner contact(which I never received) and hence plan is non refundable.

I am very curious how ethical NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats is. A fruit vendor cannot sell fruits when he doesn’t have fruits on the shelf but NoBroker sold me their services when they cannot provide services. Upon asking for refund, system didn’t work. And when system worked, they supposedly sent me stale request which are no longer my requirements.
Total scam .. steer away..

This was one of the best app and service when I used first a year ago for rent agreement. That’s the reason I want again for renewal. I made a payment a month back and I got couple of email. I am sending them email following up in app chat and each time same standard response that team will reach out . They will call once in a blue moon and that too at 2am night. I got draft copy and esign request but nothing is showing in app. Followed up with NoBroker team by sending email, chat and call but same standard response saying team will contact you.

I am an NRI and i used nobroker for my rental agreement service. I uploaded a draft on their website for esigning and delivery and made the payment promptly. Since then i have been struggling to get the right rental agreement printed and delivered for over a week now. They printed it wrongly not once but twice. I made repeated calls and sent repeated mails. Escalated multiple times. They are yet to fix the issues. I would suggest you stay away for making rental agreements from no broker. They are absolutely unreliable! I am no longer inclined to use any of their paid services.

I had taken the EC (encumbrance certificate) certificate legal service from NoBroker and paid the full amount back on 15-Sep-2023 and now it's almost 3 months, and no one has responded or updated me about the status of it.

I keep following from my side but every 2 to 3 weeks the last contacted RM (relationship manager) person resigns from NoBroker and I need to ask Customer Service to assign a new RM. There is no one who voluntarily ever called me about the new RM.

Meanwhile, I have already signed the Sale Agreement. I don't need the service anymore.

I am trying to reach multiple people for a refund but no one is responding to my issue.

I never recommend the NoBroker legal service to anyone. I would recommend you to do Google or just-dial service and contact the local service provider at a cheaper cost. Going through NoBroker for Legal services is a waste of time.

I bought a premium money back plan to find a tenant for my flat in Bangalore. After a couple of months of poor service and failing to find a tenant (I was super flexible on all lease terms including rental amount and security deposit), the RM doesn’t respond anymore. Multiple requests to return my money as per the plan terms are not looked into. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth paying them a penny. Whatever service that they promise and they leads they have are all gimmicky and you are better off trusting a local broker or dealing with potential tenants/owners yourself. BIG NO to Nobroker.

It has been a roller coaster ride with NoBroker because some of the employees were so good, responsive, and quick, but some of them don’t know how to handle NRI customers. Mr. Vikramsinha kawade who was The field relationship manager to find the tenant did an awesome job. And Mr. Suhail relationship manager from tenant search, Ms. Hameedunnisa, Mr. Zubair both were from the rental agreement team. They were all proficient, punctual, and courteous. They all deserve 5 stars in my opinion and I would like to give 0 stars to inefficient employees of the company.

I’m a paid customer with NoBroker for close to a month now. I’m an NRI and they have assigned a relationship manager whose shift time does not align with my time zone at all. As a result, there is a lot of difficulty in communicating.

I’ve seen other reviews where relationship managers seem to be professional but that is not the case for me. I’ve received no support in finding leads, recently I even noticed house tours being scheduled without asking me or my family. The house hasn’t even been shortlisted yet and he keeps pushing me to send my documents for home loan pre-approval.

They have also been unresponsive to my prior request to change the relationship manager and I’ve unfortunately not found the value I was hoping to get based on other reviews here.

I don’t think I’d recommend them to my friends/family based on my experience unless they help fix my issue ASAP.

I have been using NoBroker for many years, and this year I also took their paid plan for listing a rental property. With the paid plan, they now assign you a Relationship Manager (RM). The RM has essentially become a middleman, and all communication with potential leads goes through them. NoBroker no longer allows direct interaction with interested tenants, making it impossible to schedule visits with potential leads. NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats hides their contact information, even for paid customers, so you are entirely dependent on the RM. Unfortunately, the RM doesn’t seem to care much. They appear understaffed and don’t follow up with tenants, leading to the loss of potential renters. The RM barely manages to take your calls, returning perhaps one out of five to eight attempts. It's been a whole month now, and despite around 1,000 views and 70 expressions of interest, the RM has failed to arrange a single visit. It seems the RM’s role is more about selling your listing to convert tenants into paid customers rather than actively engaging them for visits.

Update : The issues was resolved!

I signed up for the CPMS premium service and paid in full whatever was asked for. I received zero service so far and these guys are not professional at all. They will make you run around and keep you in limbo. App is useless as you can’t connect with property RM. I was confirmed on email that agreement cost is covered but on 1 day before tenant move in they called me and asked for more money for Agreement and said it was a mistake by sales team. The tenant backed out because of the delay, they told the tenant owner is not paying agreement cost. Now they are not bothered to reactivate and search for new tenant. They just harass you and play with your patience. Especially if you are an NRI like me stay away from these goons.

After couple follow ups, received the refund….seems like they are trying to improve their processes through customer satisfaction

I've been using Nobroker for the past few months, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. NoBrokerRentBuySellFlats has made the process of renting a flat incredibly smooth and efficient. Firstly, the user interface is clean and intuitive. My PM Gopinath has been very helpful and very proactive.

Nobroker has excellant online presence with great app to support . It will track you where you are and what you do with their app. Don't get surprise if you are called on private numbers or get tons of personalized texts as you look for property . Your location is tracked alkng with what property you looked into. Little scary sometimes but it worked as convienent app to connect your RM .

NoBroker team offers great service for apartment owners, especially for NRIs or out of town owners to find a tenant easily and without all the hassle. I was assigned a relationship manager and a field relationship manager and they were very proactive on contacting prospective tenants and showing the apartment. Especially my field relationship manager Mr. Madhan Gopal was very professional and did a fantastic job in finding a tenant within two weeks. He was also always available on WhatsApp for contact. Highly recommended.

I am new to NoBroker. Being an NRI I was in need of a trusted source to take care of my property. Got to know that NoBroker service was trustworthy through my friend and wanted to give a try. I contacted NoBroker and my connect with them got strong as their timely service was very good. They were able to find a good tenant within a month ,specifically satisfying all my expectations. I would like to highlight that my experience with Relationship Manager(Mrs. Vinita) and Field Manager(Mr Shashikumar) are extremely good. They were always available for me inspite of my timings to reach them was out of their working hours. Based on my experience, I recommend NoBroker for all your property related services. Definitely their service will be beyond your expectations.

NoBroker team is really good for owners (particularly NRIs and out of town owners). Their team consist of dedicated relationship manager and field relationship manager which makes it much easier as they are always available on whatsapp. Kumar Gaurav was really helpful in finding tenants and showing them my flat in spite of constraints due to current Covid-19 situation.
