They did not reimburse my money after something went wrong with their old app. Had to download the new app and pay again.

FaxPro doesn’t work as advertised. I have attempted to send several faxes from my phone and they are never delivered. This purchase was a waste of time and money.

Stay away from FaxPro. I downloaded it. Bought credits that never showed up. Deserves no stars.

24 hours later. Still no credits or refund. Based on this review the developer sent me an email saying contact them to DISCUSS the issue. The address was to their Facebook page.

I repeat: STAY AWAY.

FaxPro offered a credit based service.
Now they switch to a subscription model, erasing everyone’s credits. On top of that, users were not informed about this change.
Now they are offering a one year subscription, which is nowhere close to the value in credits I used to own.

Today we attempted to load the $5.99 credits and after attempt # 3, we gave up. They are charging us, but no credits are loading. I clicked for support and nothing shows up to contact anyone. We have tried everything possible and still out of luck. Don’t know what to do??

I only give ** instead of ***** because sending faxes from a land line are totally free and sending faxes from a mobile device are not, like what kind of bull crap is having to buy credits to send faxes when using a landline is free? Also you don’t get a refund of your credits or your money if a fax fails to go through and if you try and contact support nobody responds so they worship your money but you could drop dead for all they care. I give ** instead of 1* because of the convenience of being able to send faxes right from your phone. In a nutshell, it’s highway robbery!

Up until now FaxPro would get the job done. It has happened twice that I paid for credits, and didn’t receive them. There is also no way to contact them. I would make sure this is something they fix before downloading FaxPro.

I don’t know anyone that needs a fax app that does not want the ability to send and receive. i’m currently waiting for a refund. I gave two stars instead of just one because the customer service was very fast snd friendly.

It’s an okay app. The only con about FaxPro is when I take pictures using the scan app feature and when the picture is being saved into FaxPro , it fails and I have to retrying. When using a different app and share it to FaxPro it works fine.

FaxPro is quick and easy to use. You purchase credits and use as you go along!
It’s nice for the non tech savvy person like me!

I really enjoy using this form in the way of faxing because it is very convenient.

I love FaxPro it’s so convenient that I do not have to leave my home to fax my important documents where I need to have them sent I recommend FaxPro to anyone who needs to have faxes sent and the cost is so reasonable

Have faxed a few documents and people have not received them... not sure why?

This a great fax app which I love. But I wish it would have send and receive. But overall this is a great app to send and receive fax

There are two versions of FaxPro currently and this one is the best. The other fox pro is almost identical except this pricing model works much better for me as someone who does not send many faxes.
