vīv appears to work for some of my co-workers, however it does not for me. It does not save my profile information, nor my card information. Not convenient when the only way I can get a drink is stand in front of the machine and hand type in my card information EVERY-TIME. As if that wasn’t enough... it doesn’t accept my card 9 times out of 10. I used to be able to come to these machines, swipe my card, get my drink and then leave... now I have to type in my card wait for it to try and run it a couple times... fail... try again and again. Finally I just dig change out of my purse if I have any or just don’t get a drink.

I have tried to troubleshoot vīv ... by uninstalling and reinstalling. Resaving my profile and card information. Nothing works... there is no support number to call. So happy I can’t enjoy snack machine refreshments with cash any more...

I have been using vīv to order takeout from my local restaurants for the past two weeks and it’s been great. No problems and fast delivery. I was looking at the bad reviews wondering why, and they all seem to be from a while ago. vīv has definitely improved.

Any 5 star review seriously looks like a paid review or someone from the this app company. “Life is good with this app.” No one says that? Tried it for the first time and almost considered not making the purchase because of the time it took to set up, install, and make a profile for. vīv looks pixelated and like a beta. The purpose of the company sill confuses me. All i see is the removal of the cash slot which turned a 30 second transaction into a 3 minute ordeal. Even processing the payment wasn’t as fast as I hoped.

The this app app is super cool!! Its super convenient and lets you order food from local restaurants so it’s ready to be picked up when you get there... it’s also far more reliable than similar apps out there... I highly recommend trying it out!

vīv is so useful! Was able to make purchases without any issues, seamlessly, flawlessly, quickly, and without touching any of the machines! Such a great product and app.

Seems to still have a few bugs but have not had an issue with saving profile, ordering, or paying.

If you want a magical experience with a vending machine, this is vīv for it. Products drop w/out touching the machine! Even better, I can use the same app at the Market we have in the office for self checkout of snacks and lunch. Easy to use

Do you find yourself hungry with no cash?! Well, you don't have to worry anymore with Viv! Just use vīv and pay with ApplePay. Life is good with Viv.

There’s only one place near me that uses vīv. Ordered lunch using vīv but they didn’t check the order so it was useless. Would have been better to call. Not a fault of vīv software per se but the service overall doesn’t add value.

This is so cool, I can buy without touching anything. Great idea, great app.

Have been trying to use vīv to pay for snacks at my work. Have not figured out how to use it. Even using instructions on here none of it shows up in my app.

Nice app but the restaurant didn’t get my order. Got it all cleared up but it kind of defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
