Total scam

I had an appointment with Dr William Carr Jr, PA three months ago. They went over my medical history and confirmed that the medication that I needed I have been in for years. I asked for 5 refills. They only put in for one. I called today and asked for a refill and explained that only one refill was attached to the script and it was used. They are trying to force me to book another appointment for the refill. I requested for the doctor to call me back. They stated that the doctor will not call me back or even pull my file until I book another appointment for them to bill insurance. Stay away!!!

Worst telehealth app ever.

You cant call and reach them and Nobody answers your email.

do not use. They charge you and there is no option to speak to a doctor. This is a scam stay away.

Don’t not subscribe. WeHealthTelehealth doesn’t work. They never connect you to a doctor. They don’t have an actual customer service line. They keep charging you even if you cancel the subscription. It’s a scam!!!!

This is a scam. They charge your card and offer no way to remove it, even by calling. And there is no way to see or speak to a doctor, they just route you through their “support” and say a doctor will call back and they don’t. DO NOT USE.

Every time I try to login it keeps saying I have the wrong password even though I’m logging into my PC as well and it’s telling me it’s the right password. I don’t know what’s going on with WeHealthTelehealth. it’s s very confusing and not user intuitive

Wasn’t sure if I should go in to visit the doctor. Talked to a doctor on WeHealthTelehealth and they were able to help me right away. Very friendly.

I can’t believe I didn’t try a telehealth app sooner! Living in New York, it’s a chore to get to the doctor right now. WeHealthTelehealth made it easy and fast. And friendly doctors!

WeHealthTelehealth is honestly incredible! I waste so much time and energy trying to get a video appointment with my doctor or even a nurse at Kaiser. I will definitely be utilizing WeHealthTelehealth more. It literally took 20 seconds for a doctor to answer. And they’re even open till 10pm and after that they have emergency doctors on the line just in case. This has seriously changed the way to reaching doctors and getting the help you need quickly with little effort. I recommend this to everyone!

my mom recently was discharged from a hospital and we needed some care at home. i heard about this service from my cousin and i am so glad we got it. i usually don’t write reviews but i told them that i will share it. they get a doctor to help right away and send medication to my pharmacy called the insurance and got the prior auth and all of this is covered by my insurance. Wehealth is a hidden gem.

I went to the local Urgent care and the line was way to long. I found this service and in 15 min I am done with my visit and now just waiting for my meds.

I really like the style of App, it looks very professional, so does the service it provides. It has something to be improved though, no doubts WeHealthTelehealth can really help people.

Unbelievable that they have a monthly subscription to see the doctor. Paid $25, had initial consult with a prescription, then a follow up a week later. All without an appointment. Staff and doctors were really great.

I experienced, wheezing and difficulties breathing. I was able to get a prescription within 25 minutes after speaking with doc via video chat. Wow this is innovative try it out just be sure to use WeHealthTelehealth instead of the website.

I had some medical issue on Friday night, I called WeHealth and was connected to the doctor right away. The doctor prescribed a medication that amazingly was delivered to my home in 2 hours. I was very happy, not going to the emergency room, waiting for hours to see a doctor, and not getting the medication after all. Thank you!!!

I used WeHealthTelehealth to get in touch with a doctor when I had a medical issue. I was connected with a nurse who noted my details and then was connected to a doctor. With covid, I don’t want to especially go out and visit a clinic if it can be solved over phone and I can be prescribed the required medicines. Thankfully my insurance was accepted so it was great for me!

Was feeling a bit under the weather lately, and it only seemed to get worse. I was unable to take a trip to the doctor, so I instead tried WeHealthTelehealth. I was able to get connected to a doctor fairly quickly and get medicine prescribed. I was surprised by how easy it was to set up insurance and everything through WeHealthTelehealth . Life saver!

WeHealthTelehealth has made it so easy to reach doctors I love it so much! I normally use Kaiser but WeHealthTelehealth is wayyyy faster I had no issue reaching a doctor! Thank you so much for WeHealthTelehealth keep it going!
