Completely unable to set up an account and I keep getting a message that there’s already an account that exists no matter what I put into the username field. Tried sending a couple of emails, but they’ve gone unanswered. Would really like to use mySystersSymptomsTracker!!

I was using this as a tracker and without any warning or email, I am now being required to pay $10 to get access to the data I inputted. Scam!

I will be deleting this because it appears you are required to create an account to use this. I want it only for my personal tracking, I don't want to share any information with anyone. I didn't realize you couldn't use it without creating an account so, I would recommend the developer to have the account as an option, allowing use of mySystersSymptomsTracker for tracking without a login.

I’m so disappointed with mySystersSymptomsTracker. I found mySystersSymptomsTracker in late 2019. About the time I was getting ready for my ob/gyn appointment a year later in Nov 2020, everything I had tracked for a year just disappeared. And now I see it cost $15 a month to use. I can’t accept that at all. So I have no information from the past year, which was going to be a resource for establishing next steps as far as my health.

App says ‘user name already taken’ numerous times & with very unique user names

I don’t get the purpose of mySystersSymptomsTracker… There wasn’t even a place for me to enter in my last cycle which was 157 days ago. I thought that might be kind of important to notate…

It appears that you have to pay $9.99/ month to do anything useful with this. I really regret setting up an account that included my real email address.

I like being able to track symptoms, and I love the NOW feature vs setting time on dial, but I’d like a place to put down what I ate so I can look for trends. Maybe this has that in the premium version, but everything is locked unless I go premium, and no where can I find what premium offers for $10/month. I’m not paying that unless it’s amazing. And I have no clue what it offers.

I love the way you can track how your feeling every day and you get a report sent to you - very handy for bringing to your GP when needed

I love mySystersSymptomsTracker and the connection to its community. I appreciate the privacy and option to interact with similar age women.

I don’t pay so that’s all I utilize. 9.99 a month is too rich for my blood... or lack thereof.

myCalendar is super helpful in showing me what is triggering my symptoms. I upgraded to LUXE for the private forum. I like having a place to talk to women who understand what I’m going through.

I really appreciate mySystersSymptomsTracker. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has been really helpful. It is super easy to enter symptoms and my frequently used symptoms appear at the top.
