Buggy as ever

Stuck on loading with latest update. Tried to delete the app so I could reinstall it and was totally unsuccessful. Tried to shut off and reboot my iPad and the problem remained. It used to work flawlessly for years until this latest April 2021 update.

I have tried them all - this is the only live chat app where push notifications work for when a new customer comes to your site. This was before the iOS 9 upgrade - the last two weeks, the app is unusable.
