I am unable to open the app. Every time I do so it just keeps buffering. I am a longtime subscriber, and because of this ongoing problem I may very well soon unsubscribe. James G.

How to fix TNA+ app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TNA+ app on iPhone
Update TNA+ app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TNA+ iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TNA+ on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TNA+ network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TNA+ Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TNA+ not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TNA+ App
1. On android, goto Settings » TNA+ » click [Force Stop]

Update TNA+ to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TNA+ App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TNA+ » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TNA+.

Fix TNA+ unable to contact server/ TNA+ internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TNA+ » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TNA+ » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TNA+
