I am getting tired of getting emails saying my payment failed to go through and when I check my credit card bill it doesn’t seem they had any problems charging and taking my money and so I get a week of being to watch whatever I get the email of payment and then slowly I see the locked icon preventing me to watch stuff and I can only watch the free stuff

I started my subscription in May. In the seven or eight months since, I hadn't experienced a problem...until this week. This week I return home from the holidays to discover that I can no longer use the site in any meaningful way. I first realized this when I tried to sign in with facebook, and was helpfully told, "Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app, since we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again later." Later on, I followed the steps in the FAQ about restoring my account, but am still barred access after being given a message essentially stating that I had a full membership. I can now sign in, but Impact Plus refuses to recognize my subscription. Meanwhile, I can't get a response from the bean counters that work in their service center, I can only assume because they are too busy counting beans and laughing at their customers as they attempt in vain to navigate a system programmed by fraudsters and idiots. To say nothing of the ridiculous FAQ itself, which is barely useful in clarifying anything, and answers such regular queries as "I'm not able to watch videos even though I'm a paid subscriber" with "In some regions, episodes of IMPACT! will be available for viewing immediately, and in others it will be available later. In the United States and Canada, episodes of IMPACT! will be available for viewing on the Tuesday following broadcast. In Brazil and Mexico, episodes of IMPACT! will be available 10 days after original broadcast." Oh, bravo, Impact Plus, you've really upped the ante for responding with commonly oberserved problems with momentous drivel. I'm a Canadian resident, btw. In closing, kiss my ass, Impact Plus. I will wait a few more days for your response, but I will definitely be looking towards cancelling my subscription.

Can't get logged into account and can't get any help from the company to do so so I can't cancel account your company is a fault to take people's money either I get some help with this issue or you will hear from my lawyer

I subscribe to TNA Impact Plus and I got on the expecting to be able to watch hard to kill Rebellion but I was unable to for some strange reason I cannot find it on impact plus I was wondering if you can help me because I subscribe to impact plus so I was told I'll be able to see the pay-per-view hard to kill Rebellion but I'm unable to do so I should be able to see it if I'm already subscribed to impact plus don't you think

What a FRUSTRATING HEADACHE!

I wish I could give this app and this service 0 stars because that’s just how I feel. We have had issues with the app and with the website for Impact for MONTHS now! At one point, they were charging us TWICE per month because we signed up on the website, and through the app (we had to sign up in the app because it wasn’t recognizing our account from signing up through the website)! I just now sat here for 30 minutes trying to cancel my subscription because there is no way to contact this company! They say you can reply to an email, you try to reply, and the “email address cannot be found”. There is no contact number for support, only message request chat service on the website where they take your name, email address and message and will “get back to you as soon as they can”. We love impact wrestling and were looking forward to watching all the shows whenever we want, but this system, this app, and this service is severely flawed. We will not be rejoining anytime soon. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience!

Stay away!!!

An Impact plus subscription does not include the pay per view?!?! That is highly disappointing and misleading. Your website is extremely hard to navigate and I had to get all my info about the service on Wikipedia (not the most reliable I know, but it was all I had to go with). It said there that all pay per views were included, which seemed to make sense since that seems to be the standard in other streaming sites. Also, when I went to your site to order the event, the first thing it did was to suggest the Impact plus packages. Why would I not at that point assume that the pay per view, that I went there in the first place to order, would be included? And once I downloaded your app and realize how clunking and difficult it was, you don't have a "grace period" to cancel? I cancelled my subscription within 30 min, now I'm stuck with it for a year?!?!? Well, congratulations, you won!! You tricked me out of my money. I should have done my research and seen all the reviews that BEG people not to sign up. I will spend the next year trying to navigate the labyrinth that is your app and vainly attempt to find programming in the disorganized mess that is your archives. You will never receive another cent from me and I will be sure to warn those that ask my opinion, to not get "Impacted" by your trickery. Refund my money!!!!

Poor customer service

Ever since they supposedly upgraded the app, I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried to contact someone about the issue but no one has got back to me. I never had any issues prior. Now I’m being charged monthly but I still don’t have access. I have an active subscription for $7.99 a month. But when I log into the app it is not allowing me to have access to all the content. Every month I have been getting emails saying that a payment wasn’t received, yet every month I’m being charged $7.99 and the app and my I Phone say I have an active subscription! What is going on . I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve canceled my subscription then resubscribed . Nothing is working!
