An Impact plus subscription does not include the pay per view?!?! That is highly disappointing and misleading. Your website is extremely hard to navigate and I had to get all my info about the service on Wikipedia (not the most reliable I know, but it was all I had to go with). It said there that all pay per views were included, which seemed to make sense since that seems to be the standard in other streaming sites.
Also, when I went to your site to order the event, the first thing it did was to suggest the Impact plus packages. Why would I not at that point assume that the pay per view, that I went there in the first place to order, would be included? And once I downloaded your app and realize how clunking and difficult it was, you don't have a "grace period" to cancel? I cancelled my subscription within 30 min, now I'm stuck with it for a year?!?!?
Well, congratulations, you won!! You tricked me out of my money. I should have done my research and seen all the reviews that BEG people not to sign up. I will spend the next year trying to navigate the labyrinth that is your app and vainly attempt to find programming in the disorganized mess that is your archives. You will never receive another cent from me and I will be sure to warn those that ask my opinion, to not get "Impacted" by your trickery.
