I wish I could give TNA and this service 0 stars because that’s just how I feel. We have had issues with TNA and with the website for Impact for MONTHS now! At one point, they were charging us TWICE per month because we signed up on the website, and through TNA (we had to sign up in TNA because it wasn’t recognizing our account from signing up through the website)! I just now sat here for 30 minutes trying to cancel my subscription because there is no way to contact this company! They say you can reply to an email, you try to reply, and the “email address cannot be found”. There is no contact number for support, only message request chat service on the website where they take your name, email address and message and will “get back to you as soon as they can”. We love impact wrestling and were looking forward to watching all the shows whenever we want, but this system, TNA, and this service is severely flawed. We will not be rejoining anytime soon. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience!

An Impact plus subscription does not include the pay per view?!?! That is highly disappointing and misleading. Your website is extremely hard to navigate and I had to get all my info about the service on Wikipedia (not the most reliable I know, but it was all I had to go with). It said there that all pay per views were included, which seemed to make sense since that seems to be the standard in other streaming sites.

Also, when I went to your site to order the event, the first thing it did was to suggest the Impact plus packages. Why would I not at that point assume that the pay per view, that I went there in the first place to order, would be included? And once I downloaded your app and realize how clunking and difficult it was, you don't have a "grace period" to cancel? I cancelled my subscription within 30 min, now I'm stuck with it for a year?!?!?

Well, congratulations, you won!! You tricked me out of my money. I should have done my research and seen all the reviews that BEG people not to sign up. I will spend the next year trying to navigate the labyrinth that is your app and vainly attempt to find programming in the disorganized mess that is your archives. You will never receive another cent from me and I will be sure to warn those that ask my opinion, to not get "Impacted" by your trickery.

Refund my money!!!!

Ever since they supposedly upgraded TNA , I haven’t been able to log in. I’ve tried to contact someone about the issue but no one has got back to me. I never had any issues prior. Now I’m being charged monthly but I still don’t have access. I have an active subscription for $7.99 a month. But when I log into TNA it is not allowing me to have access to all the content. Every month I have been getting emails saying that a payment wasn’t received, yet every month I’m being charged $7.99 and TNA and my I Phone say I have an active subscription! What is going on . I deleted TNA and reinstalled it. I’ve canceled my subscription then resubscribed . Nothing is working!

Ever since the update about 4 months ago, there’s always problems accessing the content no matter which device you use. Currently I’m on an annual subscription valid until June 15, 2021 but I cannot watch any subscriber content because it says I’m not a paid subscriber. Their help/contact us idiots absolutely will not respond to you any sooner than 45 days from the time you send a support email. Their Twitter account doesn’t reply to anything. And their executives on Twitter ignore everything you tweet to them as well. I *used to* love this app/Impact but now I hope they go bankrupt and get bought out by a company who actually cares about their fans and good customer service.

I really want to check out Impact now that it’s under the supervision of the rat king and Scott D’Amore but TNA is complete garbage. Please help fix al the common issues TNA has like leaving TNA and returning cause it to refresh. I will be tweeting Callis hoping this gets fixed!

Wow, TNA still trash. 10 minutes in and I regret the $8 I spent. Casting is horrendous and I love that there is no way to scroll through a show when casting. It always starts you at the beginning of the chosen show. Also no ffw/rd buttons. Beyond ridiculous. Don’t spend a dollar on this crap.

Was happy to see they have an app since they aren’t on tv so I can watch weekly but when I go to use TNA nothing works right. Downloaded it on May 2nd and I couldn’t see the rebellion PPV... let that slide because I figured app was really new so maybe it will start next event but then I go to watching May 3rd impact show yesterday and today and it tells me “ can’t watch today due to global restrictions, check FAQ” how in the hell can I not watch a show that was aired Friday on Sunday? And there is no FAQ tab in app. I’m thinking strongly of cancelling this if it’s gonna be like this. Will change review if things get fixed.

They got a huge library of content but no organization to find exactly what you are looking for. They pretty much have a tab notifying you that they have added more content but then proceed to encourage you to find it in a pile of content they have given you.

Also, why can’t I find all of the latest ppv’s on TNA . Wwe network gives you the latest pay per view events just for being a member. For $10 a month I’m garunteed to watch all upcoming ppv’s the second they are live through their network. I heard this years Slammiversary was so good this year. I can only give up to last years event. Do I need to wait a year? Is there a better membership I need to enjoy it? Am I expected to pay full price for the event? If so why am I even paying for a product that provides me less then expected?

This is a great app but please fix the problem with TNA refreshing every time someone leaves TNA for a few seconds. This is the only video streaming app I use that does this. I watch a video and then leave for a few seconds to take a phone call and then go back to find TNA restarts. Also, please allow people to continue where they left off if they choose to watch part of a video later. Other video streaming services remember where the video stopped. I shouldn’t have to remember where I left off so I can find that exact location later in order to continue watching an episode.

I typically watch impact the morning after it airs. I had been doing this via twitch which sucked because the episode would only be there sometimes and occasionally I’d have to scrub through a 24hr long video to do so, then I became aware of TNA. I love that the most recent episode of impact is right there, clearly labeled when I open TNA . Why isn’t this being advertised??

My only problem is that if I want to cast it to my tv I loose the ability to pause, fast forward, or rewind. Why was this overlooked? On every other steaming app if you cast to another device the rectangle where the video appears on my phone retains its other capabilities.

Also, what is the point of subscribing if it doesn't give you access to PPVs????? I’ve never watched a live impact PPV but I would watch them all if the impact + subscription included them (and I would only subscribe if that was the case).

Never had an issue with the impact plus app before, now it seems to be not working properly. I can watch the weekly impact shows but not the PPV’s or exclusive shows. I’m hoping that you can help remedy this issue soon, I have already missed the Against All Odds and Victory Road shows. I am patient but will cancel my subscription. Please take care of this issue for the Fans of your shows. Thank you.

some times i just want to watch one match on a specific episode or paper view and whenever i connection my impact plus to my tv i can never fast forward or rewind like i could when it’s not connected to my tv.

I really like TNA to look at all the old episodes of this app/ impact. Apparently there was some sort of upgrade that was done and now I am unable to view certain things. I get a message saying “this title is not available on this device.“ I’ve sent two emails and haven’t gotten any assistance or any type of reply on how to resolve this issue. I’ve followed the steps that they have listed on their website to no avail. So this is pretty disappointing.

I would like the ability to purchase upcoming PPVs. You have had the functionality since October but have yet to use it. The Apple TV app needs to be optimized for TVOS 13, TNA is a bit buggy with loading. The Apple TV app has no indicator for the navigation menu, I have no idea where I am. It needs a recently watched section so I can pick up where I left off easier. Also if someone could stay on top of organizing content that would be great.

I’m really liking TNA ; however, upload times are an issue with me. For example trying to watch the previous night’s Impact or Xplosion. They’re not uploaded the following day. Not even the following week. Impact is not too much of a deal because I can watch on demand on cable, but I’d like to watch Xplosion the next day if I could because I’m in the US... Also, I can’t leave TNA for a few seconds without it restarting when I get back into it. I’ve had TNA since the beginning, but it might be time to un-subscribe soon...

I got TNA and things worked . No somethings are not available to you if you are not a subscriber but there is content there for you to watch and get your feet wet . I’ve enjoyed watching impact episodes I missed due to work . So to see people trying their hardest to say the whole app is a disaster need to quit when I sat through two episodes of impact from 2017 without any issue ..... so to those going the fanboy route please stop . If you want access to more than subscribe to it and stop moaning

I like TNA and the amount of wrestling shows available. The only problem I have is that when you rotate your device from landscape to portrait (or vice verse), TNA quits back to the home screen; when the video restarts, it starts from the beginning of the first available episode, and not where it left off. Beyond this, I think it’s a really good start for TNA

So when using Impact Plus on the laptop, logging in via Gmail is different from regular email. On the mobile app, that is not an option, and thus I can’t log in to TNA on my phone despite using the same credentials I use on the laptop. Besides that, the content is very good and I enjoy TNA when able to use it. Hopefully you help fix the mobile issue.

When I initially downloaded TNA a few days there were some issues, but those have quickly been fixed. I suggest that anyone with problems just update TNA it has gotten way better. I'm enjoying TNA now . There is thousands of things to watch on there. Also indies are being added so you can see people like Kevin steen and the young bucks on the network.

Pretty cool to watch old PPVs without having to buy all the dvds they have. TNA was a bit slow when I first downloaded it but works just fine now. It does say you need iOS8 so if you haven’t updated your phone you know what to do. And I can’t wait until this is on FireStick. Till then I recommend using the website and connecting a HDMI cable from a laptop to your TV.

Biggest issue I’ve found with TNA is.... if you’re watching something and for whatever reason need to exit TNA briefly, you know for phone calls or texts, the video you were watching will Not resume. This is quite annoying and a major turnoff in terms of staying subscribed.

I wish TNA would play pay per views that air the same night they come on like the wwe network I shouldn’t have to wait months until It comes on the Impact plus app I also think If I pay $7.99 a month I should get all It comes with not just the old stuff from Impact

It’s great. Works with chromecast it’s a little hard to navigate when you try to watch episodes 1 after another then also trying to watch TNAs weekly ppvs. Also I don’t know if it’s my device or the chromecast but I can’t fast forward through matches I don’t care for. It’s defiantly worth 8$a month if they fix these problems

TNA of GWN is GLORIOUS AND WONDERFUL, just one tiny issue that needs DELETION!!......it’s CON-DEE-SHUN of being unable to load without a con-nect-shun of wi-fi. When I try to open it using just the data of cellular, it’ll open the title screen and just sit there.....an issue that must be resolved through ULTIMATE DELETION!!! Other than that it is, as I said, a most WONDERFUL app that will not be DELETED anytime soon!!!

What exactly is the locked content that you can get once you subscribed? Also, I noticed a total access package for $4.99. Is that still in existence? It is somewhat confusing, since the only content subscription I see on TNA is for $7.99.

The GWN app is great. It has so much to watch from the early days to present. The only thing is I wish they added check marks to what you’ve watched. It would be really helpful, especially because there is so much content to watch.

I Have A Paid Subscription Through Apple Until Nov 26 2021 And Then I Renew And Still Can’t Watch Turning Point 2021 Tells Me I Must Order When I’m Already Subscriber Through Apple Please Fix So I Can Watch I Been A Long Time Subscriber And I Would Hate To Cancel For Paying Something I Can’t Watch Please Respond Ty And Happy Thanksgiving
