I have an annual subscription to cowboy channel plus. It is telling me tonight that I do not have a subscsdription.???

How do I get rid of the closed caption on my tv screen?

Subscribed to cowboy channel.could not view it screen was always black. Never got a refund

I want to sign up for the Cowboy CHannel, But trying to figure out how to get Streaming for one account on both my computers. One is a Sumsung Smart TV and the other is a Vizio with Roku hooked to it. We have You Tube Tv on both. Can it be added to You Tube TV or how do I set it up so both TV's to access one account.

It has been so long since I tried to login I have forgotten my username and have no idea how to reset it. I have been paying for a program for over a year with no access to it. I fully intend to cancel as the programming rarely changes and I have no interest in watching rodeo except to watch the rope horses. Please assist me in cancelling this channel.

Received a message from Cowboy Channel regarding update of payment card... I updated this info and have had no confirmation from your office to confirm update to include the $119.99 which includes the NFR live... Can you update me on this issue.. Neil..

In 2022, I had the subscription to The Cowboy Channel which included the NFR. When it came time for renewal, this was what happened!! 1. I attempted to subscribe directly on the Cowboy Channel. 2. I was told that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SUBSCRIBE WITH ANY GROUP OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT! 3. I had a small Roku television when I originally subscribed and am being told I have to continue with ROKU. 4. I got the confirmation email stating I had the Cowboy Channel WITHOUT NFR. 5. No one should be forced to stay with a contract if they have moved or for any other reason. I WANT THE NFR!!!!!!

They make it very difficult to cancel subscription. Try to charge $1 to another subscription to cancel. The way a google search recommends to unsubscribe does not work

To Whom it May Concern: As strange as this may sound, I have been very disappointed in your programming, since you no longer Include The Roy Rogers Show on Saturday mornings. My grandson, who is 8 years-old, and I would get up early on Saturday mornings to have breakfast together and watch The Roy Rogers Show. This was a regular and enjoyable Saturday morning tradition for both of us, before I went to work. Both of us miss watching this show together, and would truly appreciate it if you could bring it back. Perhaps you may even consider mixing it up with old Lone Ranger shows, or even The Rifleman. These are all wholesome TV shows that my grandson and I, and I'm sure other viewers enjoyed watching. I'd greatly appreciate it if you would seriously consider at least bringing back the Roy Rogers Show, ASAP! A reply would be appreciated. Disappointed, John Amato

Change password option is not working. You are the one requesting the change to be done would be nice if it worked. Paying for a not working product is not in my wheelhouse. Please have this fixed now . Shirley Boist

Updated to yearly subscription for cowboy channel December 5, My account shows its been updated, but no program! I have called and emailed several times over the past 4 days, no help.

Switched from monthly subscription to annual, so we could watch NFR. Works on phones, not on tv.

Paid for annual Cowboy Channel Plus 12/1 and it keeps popping up we do not have a subscription when trying to watch the NFR. Frustrating and have now cancelled.

Couldn’t watch NFR on tv last night through the app. All I got was an error message that kept telling me to try later. Super disappointing. I’ve had this subscription a year and now it doesn’t work ?? I would sure love some help with this

We paid 99.99 set it up.. it made us change our password now we can't get an email from cowboy channel plus to change it. What a waste of money!

Watching NFR on Cowboy Channel Plus. Not getting any commentary or recap. Can only hear arena announcer.

Your screwed up login will not accept my old password and will not send an email like it says to me to reset a new password. If you are going to broadcast the NFR, then get organized. Stop being a small time outfit and get new software or get out of the broadcasting business!
