2 years agoThis is week 2 now that I can’t access MAVTV. It says I have the wrong email and password. Everyone I call has no answer. This is BS. Don’t take on a big project if you can’t deliver.

2 years agoTried to watch 50 lap race tonight, saw 3 laps, all it did was buffer. When it was lucas it was GREAT Now it totally sucks!!! Last year same problem.

2 years agoCANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCIPTION AND PAID FOR YEARLY SO I COULD GET ALL THE RACES. I TURNED NAD TRYIED TO LOG IN AND SAID I HAD NO SUBSCRIPTION. THIS IS A JOKE!!!! LUCAS IOL SCREWED UP WHEN THEY WENT TO THIS. I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS AND NPBODY REPLYS. I AM MISSING TH TOPLESS RACE AT BATESVILLE TONIGHT. IF CAN'T FIX THE PROBLEM THEN I GO TO A LAWYER TO GET MY MONEY Back!!!!!!!!

3 years agoCalled and canceled my subscription girl said she would take care of it.Week later credit card billed for subscription called back said she would send me an email link to take care of it didn’t happen. Terrible company should be charged with fraud

Wasted money!
Absolutely horrible. I paid $100 for the yearly subscription, got to watch one race. Next 3 races my account was so twisted up, I was not able to watch, even though the pop-ups showed I was a yearly subscriber. Did all the usual stuff, reboot, uninstall/reinstall, change password. The best part? You can only email tech support. After 3 days, a bot named Mary contacted me stating my problem had been resolved (it was NOT resolved) but if I wanted to watch tonight’s race, follow this URL. That took me to a countdown timer for a race 2 days later. Seriously, avoid this. It’s a joke, bordering on a scam.

Don’t waste your money
Signed up for Annual subscription $99 last Saturday. Still cannot watch anything from the app. Only way to resolve is email. It is now 6 days later and have only had one response from multiple emails to support. Wanted to was Lucas LM Winter speedweek but was only able to watch 1 race on my phone that they send me a link for. Don’t think I can get my money back but won’t be renewed if this doesn’t get resolved very soon.

Absolute Thieves DO NOT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION
Bought a yearly subscription for $100 and still says I can’t watch because I am not subscribed. My card was charged and payment went through. Been going on 4 weeks trying to get ahold of someone to fix my account but they respond about once every 2 weeks. Unacceptable customer service and absolute garbage company.
