I have a problem with CINEVR

- Cannot scroll down on the document tab to see all added movies

- Audio can be distorted at times

- Cannot play local videos in any format

- Cannot access iTunes, TV, or Photo app

- Cannot watch trailers in the app

- Developer is unresponsive and rude.

I have cinevr on steam but when I load it it is unusable I have the HP Reverb G2

To resolve CINEVR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CINEVR App
1. On android, goto Settings » CINEVR » click [Force Stop]

Clear CINEVR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CINEVR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CINEVR.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CINEVR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CINEVR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CINEVR
