When I logged onto the app, on a new device, I was unable to access my team as it says “the maximum device number has been reached for this user”. I used to use an old iPad, but now got a new device. How do I remove the old iPad and replace that device with the new one I currently tried on? Thanks!

- The fast forward and rewind buttons are glitchy and sometimes get stuck, making it difficult to navigate through videos.
