Not upto the mark.

I subscribed this app from apple store on 27th of april 2018. Initially it was working fine but suddenly stopped working when i emailed the hoi choi they said i don’t have any valid subscription. But then i had an active subscription going. I contacted apple app store they confirmed that my subscription is valid. After discussing with apple app store Advisor they suggested to cancel the subscription for this app and refunded the subscription amount.
This is not surely upto the mark i hope others will not face this issue!!!
These guys don’t deserve even a star!!!

Getting this error even when I am using only one device. The app needs deactivated improvement. Also there is very limited support. So when app is not working it means it will not work now, please come back later. 👎🏻
Worst service , rubbish app

i'v subscribed 7 device with 2 simultaneous streaming. logged in only in 2/3 device of which only in one device i can watch new serieses like Odrisso, Nikhoj, 16.5 where as these serieses doesn’t run in another mobile! never! there is no place to complain no email no customer service nothing. its a garbage app
