5 Most reported problems 😔💔
On June 2, I reported missing rewards points for app orders. Your representative, Jaimee L, advised that if I submitted proof of purchase, the points could be manually added. On June 14, I submitted the requested receipt for Order #693595e5 totaling $15.25. As of today, I have neither received a response nor had the points credited to my account. The AJ Rewards FAQ states that customers earn 1 point per dollar spent. Please advise when the points for this purchase will be credited and whether all app orders require customers to manually request points.
