Immediately after my purchased, a third party called me with the usual scammer scenario (there was a problem with your payment-though it was approved by my bank- and she was asking for my detailed credit card info (front and back), of course I didn’t . My question, how did a third party got access to my personal contact info ???
Any legit business will NOT ask you for your credit card info (esp over phone) and Banks always text customers to be aware of such scam calls.
Please, Be aware and teach your kids and young adults. It’s clear either the site is hacked or inside employee/s is/are involved.

I bought an apple card, payment was fullfilled and money was withdrawn from my bank account. No redeem codes sent and when i spoke with the support team they told me please send us a pic of your master/visa card. When i declined they told me we cannot help you. So basically i thought that i was scammed. If its a legit app then its the worst costumer service i have ever encountered. How come the the customer pays the amount fully and then you dont deliver the things he payed for, but instead require further info and personal info after uou already withdrew the money. Zero stars very poor service. Everyone be careful👎👎👎

I bought 200$ worth of xbox money from them. and unfortunately it doesn’t get redeemed, and i’ve been waiting for over 10 days and i still couldn’t redeem it. my biggest issue was when contacting customer support, they told me to figure it out myself...
horrible company, horrible customer service, horrible experience.
Please bare in mind, that i’ve bought over 2000$ worth of products over the years and they don’t appreciate recurring customers and they lack the effort to help recurring customers....
