When I signed up for zap surveys I didn't have a payout account when I finally set one up I did it in another email address so it's my fault but my problem is I hit more options and the money disappeared. I have no idea where it went I'm worried that I won't get it. I have contacted zap and hopefully they can help me. It took me a couple of months to get to $26. Please zap help me out.

I also cashed out from zap for 25.00 and did not receive a payment. I emailed zap many times did not receive any payment or a response either. I emailed them letting them know that I am going to file a complaint against them for fraud and non payment. So everyone be aware that it is obviously a scam and everyone needs to contact better business bureau and PayPal.because these scammers are using PayPal to collect the money on all our behalf

I appliedl for withdrawal of 28.53$ but I received the payment of 0.01$ in my PayPal mail.

I downloaded this app a long time ago. I stopped using it for a while but have been doing surveys lately. The app is sort of glitchy. It sometimes won't log me in or it takes a while or other times logs me in fast and I made 38 cents but didn't get added to my account at all .

I cannot log in back when I was doing survey it logged me out I’m very disappointed that I cannot log in back to my account. Please let me know what to do to get back to my account

I've been waiting for over two weeks for my payment,tried contacting them over a dozen times and have yet to hear back from them.

I cashed out at $35 and I have not received my payment. It’s been more than 2-3 business days and I have contacted support which has not answered. I’ve spent so much of my time on this app and I want my money.

Made 25.00 in three days. But three weeks later still waiting. Writing almost daily state they can't send because of email issue. Sent request from PayPal. No response.

So I cashed out on 11/03/20 for a $25.00 amazon gift card and still have not received it. I’ve contacted zap surveys through email and through their support on there app and I get NO response! Really upset about this and don’t understand what’s going on!

Cashed out 25$. Received email it was processing to my PayPal(same email) NEVER. Received the 25$. Sent several emails to customer service. No response. Sent messages on Facebook. . No response.

I also have tried to cash out my $25 using PayPal and I got a message saying that the email that I use for PayPal was not the same email as what I used for the Zap Surveys and no one has gotten back to me and it’s been over two weeks and I just keep on getting emails saying someone’s going to look at it within two days. I feel like this is a scam on some level and if anyone else is actually getting their money please let me know.

I have not received my money yet on my card ,it’s been days

I have $30 and change and for the last 5 days the app has indicated it’s experiencing issue; I’ve tried the retry option and the contact customer support which says email service is not available at this time. I can’t seem to locate a a contact.
