Incredibly bad app

Cannot believe how awful this app is. I am just trying to be on mountain for ONE DAY and I cannot get anything to work. The passes and activities I have purchased do not show up. Information for “winter” is not available but shows up under “summer”??? Links to “order online” restaurants are broken and do not work. If you want some fun, try calling their customer service!
Parking app is a total failure

Checked the parking at Aspen Highlands today at 10am and didn’t have even a seventy five percent warning. When we got there it was full and the app still said not full with no 75% warning. Considering the parking tickets are automated with vehicle entry and exit, the apps inability to integrate this real time data makes this feature pointless and misleading.
Need more features like reload lift ticket

Stats are very basic, it should be easy to add more details
Since the account is linked with the Aspen card, it would be nice if we could reload the lift ticket card on the app.
When I bought the card, they never entered my email, so couldn’t link to account. Had to go back to counter to add my email before I could link the app to my account.
