You can view maps and buy tickets and see snowfall totals. Webcams are terrible—not an app issue though. What’s needed is integration within the map from what’s open/closed trails and lifts. Groomed vs not groomed. It’s not helpful to click on a list of lifts then look at a list of trails that are open or not open groomed or ungroomed. Then go back and try and find it all. The human mind doesn’t work this way. You should simply have layers of toggles that gives you all of this data from the map itself. Fix this and you go to 5 stars. I never use tracking here, I have another app for that.

Thank you so much for a very fun ski season. I think you all have done a wonderful job of keeping the mountain open during these uncertain times. I am so thankful you didn’t have a reservation system. We are so lucky to live in this amazing valley.

Tough logging in . Used password and it didn’t work so had email send to rest password. Reset password- still didn’t work. Called Ski CO was in a que for 20 mins. then girl ended up giving us a password that work but had to go thru the whole process again to set up my personal password.
Other input: it would be nice if when you go thru turnstile that it would not only register your day of skiing but would also turn on tracking

Lots of issues with tracking. It doesn’t always reset a new day to zero and shows yesterday’s total. If you log out and back in, it resets to zero, but you lose the prior day’s tracking of vertical feet in the total and any bowl laps that day. Not good. Also, it should automatically start tracking when you pass the gate on a given day, with a setting to turn auto on and off of course.

AspenSnowmassApp had everything I needed for my trip to Aspen. Interactive trail maps, information about each mountain and all the events I needed to know about!!

The rewards in AspenSnowmassApp I got when I downloaded were awesome!!

You definitely need to start reporting snow conditions and grooming ahead of opening if you want to allow your customers to plan a ski trip at your opening. Can’t find a reliable source for snow conditions on all four mountains.
We’re contemplating coming for Thanksgiving and don’t know the snow conditions today.
Need a report to start at least a month before opening.

Whenever you need useful information ℹ️ AspenSnowmassApp give it to you at an instant. As good as Starbucks app. Snow fall , lifts, slopes open and a map 🗺 would be the only update to help a skier ⛷ navigate the mountain 🏔.

The new app with the update makes you log back in every time you open AspenSnowmassApp , and it’s been doing a terrible job tracking vertical feet. Tracking stats through the season is important to many people, please work on getting the new version of AspenSnowmassApp fixed so it functions well like it did before the overhaul.

So far all it racks for me is vertical feet. It would be useful to know how many runs and days on the mountains I’ve had. Maybe I missed some setup steps since there were lots of prompts for my ID and location services. And a suggestion - the green button should mean start tracking and you need a red button to stop tracking

Stats are very basic, it should be easy to add more details
Since the account is linked with the Aspen card, it would be nice if we could reload the lift ticket card on AspenSnowmassApp .
When I bought the card, they never entered my email, so couldn’t link to account. Had to go back to counter to add my email before I could link AspenSnowmassApp to my account.

Cannot believe how awful AspenSnowmassApp is. I am just trying to be on mountain for ONE DAY and I cannot get anything to work. The passes and activities I have purchased do not show up. Information for “winter” is not available but shows up under “summer”??? Links to “order online” restaurants are broken and do not work. If you want some fun, try calling their customer service!

On my third day at Snowmass; never tracked the first day at all although it was “tracking.” Second day worked fine. Third day stopped when I stopped for lunch. Tracking just doesn’t seem to work well.

You run out of coffee too quick in the morning.

App is missing several “industry-standard” features:
1-No interactive grooming map.
2-Too much jumping around, for example, trail status to maps, events to website, etc.
3-Poor webcam coverage (not technically the apps problem).
AspenSnowmassApp leads to plenty of information, it just takes a long time to get to it all.

How many days have I skied Ajax this year? Hold on, let me check. Am I on pace for a pin.... let me check. How much vert have I skied this year? Got it. Where is the closest cup of hot chocolate, easy, let me check the map.

Really enjoyed my time here. Things are expensive, but it's great resort with excellent staff. Really worth the money. I'm looking forward to the next time I can ski here again.

AspenSnowmassApp opens with most of the info I want at that point. The menu icons let me find more info. There is no tracking when logged in as a guest.

Checked the parking at Aspen Highlands today at 10am and didn’t have even a seventy five percent warning. When we got there it was full and AspenSnowmassApp still said not full with no 75% warning. Considering the parking tickets are automated with vehicle entry and exit, the apps inability to integrate this real time data makes this feature pointless and misleading.

Stoked to finally see the vert that I’m riding! I had the epic version of AspenSnowmassApp last year and it was always screwing up. Glad I left the dark side an am riding with ski-co. Better hills and a better app.

Would love to see friend / on-the-mtn group tracking like in the Squaw Alpine app. Would be incredibly useful!

Got this mostly to track days on the mountain, unfortunately it has yet to register any of my days.

A little more detail, and predictions would be helpful.

Tracker works well. Shows skier days and vertical feet but does not overlay tracks on a map like other ski trackers do. I like to see what trails I skied.
