Great concept but terrible at verifying

My fellow model bud told me about this app months ago when she wanted me to join her for a restaurant promo. I downloaded the app and somehow didn’t get approved even though we are repped by the same agency and division. I even provided my bookers name and email in the subject line and a link to the modelwire they send to clients with my photos. And neon coat still rejected me 😤 I followed up with customer service and got a blah reply. I have since signed onto another agency I told about the app and proceeded to relogin but I cannot bc I’m not verified...🧐😡 the help email you provide does not work. How can myself and other models utilize your app if we can even get approved let alone speak to someone on your team about tech difficulty.
Useless app

When I applied my agency was in the middle of being bought by another agency so I did not get approved. I am signed with a few reputable agencies and can apply under them as well since they are on the list but am not able to because I am “not verified.” There hasn’t been any help to deal with this issue.

Hi! I can’t seem to get past the application where it is asking for 3 portfolio images. I keep adding my images but it will not let me upload them. It is saying error in uploading. Any advice ? Thanks!
