Force Stop the Amazon Go App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Amazon Go app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Amazon Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amazon Go App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Amazon Go app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Amazon Go.
