I can’t access ANYTHING because of the 90 day open enrollment pop up. There is no way to exit out of it. Tapping all over my screen does nothing. No close pop up button. I would LOVE to change my info through there, as they are asking, but they have made it impossible. I could wait the 3 months to use HealthyLouisiana , I suppose, but it’s useless as of now and I will just call them and get my issues and questions resolved in a timely fashion. I’ve had that pop up for two months now.

Much better than calling and waiting on the phone for what seems to be forever. However everyone is always super nice and helpful when I do call.

Glad I was able to compare with fewer compares than having 20 to compare wit same benefit some have extra and some doesn’t

I have tried to navigate through this site in several occasions, each time being completely confused each time. I got a call saying it was time to renew my Medicaid. So I chose myself and went through the whole process of trying to change my insurance from one plan to another, only to be told I had to send a reason by mail or fax. I still don’t know if I completed what I was suppose to complete.

So wonderful to be able to enroll on my cellphone and to be able to make changes! You have made it so easy to do! Thank you!!

Haven’t been using for long but MAN this is so much easier than calling. Very easy to navigate. User friendly.

HealthyLouisiana is totally useless. I can’t even move past the screen because of the pop up open enrollment screen. It doesn’t fit the iOS screen and I can’t close it because I can’t get to the bottom of the page to make a selection, it’s just fixed and it won’t shrink or move.

The ease of use of the website is better than I’d hoped for. Hope that it’s just as easy to choose my healthcare provider.

It’s really confusing but no more so than talking to a person. This is probably better and less error-prone.

I have absolutely no idea where to add my email or phone even though it says to add on it doesn’t have anywhere for you to go and add it nor does it direct you to where to add that stuff

There’s a pop up that I cannot close which makes HealthyLouisiana inaccessible. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, and even cleared out letters from the website but the pop up remains.

HealthyLouisiana doesn’t give you all the info needed. Very limited selection in what you can do. Very poorly designed app and just as bad customer service.
