I can’t access ANYTHING because of the 90 day open enrollment pop up. There is no way to exit out of it. Tapping all over my screen does nothing. No close pop up button. I would LOVE to change my info through there, as they are asking, but they have made it impossible. I could wait the 3 months to use the app, I suppose, but it’s useless as of now and I will just call them and get my issues and questions resolved in a timely fashion. I’ve had that pop up for two months now.

I have tried to navigate through this site in several occasions, each time being completely confused each time. I got a call saying it was time to renew my Medicaid. So I chose myself and went through the whole process of trying to change my insurance from one plan to another, only to be told I had to send a reason by mail or fax. I still don’t know if I completed what I was suppose to complete.

This app is totally useless. I can’t even move past the screen because of the pop up open enrollment screen. It doesn’t fit the iOS screen and I can’t close it because I can’t get to the bottom of the page to make a selection, it’s just fixed and it won’t shrink or move.
