UPDATE: I used to use this app all the time! Lots of content that was very helpful on a lot of problem joints. Took a few months away from it when some crazy life stuff hit, but I never removed the app from my phone. Upon return the app does not load at all and has a constant network error pop up. The adds still play though and occasionally get stuck loading. I tried updating the app and uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. While investigating the recent reviews to see if I was the only one having issues I found that almost everyone who reviewed in the past 2 months are having the same problem and also I managed to notice that the apps last launched update was. 3 YEARS ago. Seems to be abandoned. I wish I could report this to apple? It shouldn’t be up for download if it isn’t functioning. No one seems to be able to contact anyone...

Previous review: I've tried a few videos so far and i do like it. There are so many videos to choose from and they are very easy to follow. Can't wait to open the app the next day for another video

In trying to view a video, I was prompted to give a 5 star review before having access to all videos. I haven’t really used the app yet, so I have no idea whether this review will be aligned with my actual feelings about the app. Perhaps it will live up to the review it forced me to give to gain the ability to view the content I wanted to see, but more than likely, it will fall short of this conscripted rating.
**update: as soon as I rated the app, I returned to watch the video I had tried to open and the app froze. I remembered that the pop up window had said to restart the app after rating, so I did that. Still froze upon trying to watch the content. I restarted several times, trying to view different videos, and it froze every time (all the while marking the attempted videos as “watched” - false). I am deleting this app. What a waste of time, and instead of bringing me the peace that yoga should invoke, I am now frustrated and irritated. 😠

There are many many videos to choose from with live instructors not cartoon. Either beginners or advanced you can get going with it...Very good descriptions of each workout/lesson, easy to follow. Different lengths of time on videos too 👍🏼 like if you don't have much time there's videos for example stretching your neck and back if you're stressed, all the way to complete 30+ minute videos. There is even a feed that I actually hope to see more frequent interaction on.. People helping people! All ages and walks of life.. That's Key. See, we all have something in common. A desire to learn about and do YOGA🙃
Honestly I have only looked thru it so far and watched a couple videos. And I'm totally impressed and eager to begin!
They have a great app here. What makes it really sweet also is that a majority of it is free. If you're in a financial twist, no worries, there's a lot to utilize and learn with this app. Much appreciated!!!
