If you ever download Reach and find friends... highly recommend move the conversations to another application to talk because Reach will delete or deactivate your account after a certain time and you will lose all your friends! I lost my accounts twice and they didn’t reply to my email or say anything! Stupid app, I lost all my friends due to this... nice!

I downloaded Reach and right away it says I can’t make an account... I try a few minutes later and then it says I have an account with my email so I go back to log in, type in my email and password and it says invalid.. I then hit reset password, did all that, went to go sign in with my new password and it still says invalid... I tried connecting with Facebook as well and I can’t even do that.

The navigation is so confusing and messy, and the “aesthetic” of Reach doesn’t help. It looks like the devs just threw everything up and then published it without asking their graphic design team anything. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to find more groups to join because i was in some other kind of search menu.

I chose to not put my hometown, aka where I live because I don’t want random people I’ve never met having that type of info. So I selected the “skip” button in that area. Although I skipped it, it suddenly had my town listed in the public on my profile. I personally don’t remember allowing Reach to access my location so I’m a bit weirded out. Idk if I would trust it, so I ended up delisting my account. Reach is a cool idea but I’m just not a fan of that feature

This was great at first until when they asked for my location, I skipped it but it still put it there.I understand that it is there for people to meet, but I feel that if they wanted to meet people you should tell them not everyone.I know some would disagree but this is just my thought.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s a cool idea and already kind of fun, but Reach is slow and a little buggy. Also I wish there were a wider variety of groups to join. It would also be nice if they didn’t allow so much personal information out there. It’s a work in progress, but fun to try out.

I was logged of my own account and I can’t get back in. I didn’t do anything to violate policy or anything like that. I’ve tried to log back in but it keeps saying that my email is “invalid” (even though I used the same one). I’ve tried resetting my password but that didn’t work either. I really want to get back in since i like Reach and want to continue using it.

I was looking for a place where I can be myself and this seemed like it would be great. The only problem is it doesn’t work well with voiceover. It is hard to scroll and navigate Reach . Could you please fix this? I would really appreciate it.

I want to delete/ change some of pictures but I can’t. And editing things on your profile is sort of hard Reach also lags sometimes

I’m non-binary and it was kind of awkward having to put down a gender and it’s visible to everyone ,,, yeah
Might not be a problem for you n if it’s not then that’s great it’s a cool app just that’s kinda frustrating

It’s a very fun app, you get to explore different people from all around the world and it’s 5x safer than Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc...

There’s no bullying, everyone’s nice, and I haven’t got any mean comments.

I used this app to raise awareness of some neighborhood issues that are important to me. Nextdoor is great at getting all the active people, but I wanted to this app everyone, especially the people who are not proactively taking part. Best part: Free!
