PetSmart App is AWESOME!
Tried to book grooming appointments for my 2 small dogs. I booked one dog appointment. When booking for the second dog, it showed appointments available all day. I chose an appointment for the same time with a different groomer. I forgot to to add nail grinding so I chose that service as an add-on. Trying to complete my booking but that choice seemed like it was doing anything. I started over and when I tried to book a groomer, “anyone” like I did for the first dog, I received the message, “No appointments available.” Tried to go back to find confirmation of the first grooming appointment and I received the message, “no appointments booked”. Frustrated, I searched for a this app app and downloaded it. That proved to be a godsend! It showed only the first grooming appointment I made. I canceled it. Then, I very easily made 2 grooming appointments for the same time/day with 2 different groomers! I will always use the this app for booking grooming appointments in the future! I’m sorry for the long message but I wanted to show how much frustration I went through trying to book grooming online.

Love It!!!
I just recently reinstalled the app on my phone and was amazing on the update😁. I love that I can do my shopping off the app now and still check my treat points☺️. But the only thing I will like to mention that can use some work is adding a pet profile. I was trying to add a profile and I could type something in the weight bar but couldn’t even tap the color bar to put anything there. And due to that, I couldn’t finish the profile and save it because the save button wasn’t blue for me to press it. But overall the app is great and everything else works amazing☺️.

Store is great - Ease to Sign into Account not so much 😠
This might be user error, but I doubt it. I’ve been trying to log-in to my account and it keeps telling me I’m using the wrong password... so the next step is change the password. Every time I click the link to have them send me an email so I can change my password, BUT I never get the email from this app to change said wrong password. I’ve even tried to re-sign up, but it won’t let me because my email is already in their system. No one can help me.
