DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is completely rubbish. Got at least three cars DIRTY and stinking weed. Got a penalty charge for a CANCELLED booking. There is no way to get a reply or a way to check the status of my complaints. No one could help me and kept saying for me to wait for a reply. My money was UNTIL NOW NOT REFUNDED. I have no way to escalate the complaint, the guys over the phone keep saying to me that it is a specific team that can reply. Everything is extremely frustrating. If I didn't have further bookings already booked and paid for, I would just cancel the whole account. Because paying a subscription for this level of customer service is ridiculous! ------- Update: Turns out the charge they did was allocated against a booking done. I had an apologies credit in my account for a FILTHY car I got in a previous booking, I used this credit to book the car. THEY changed my booking at least 3 times after the date the credit expired, AND THEN CHARGED MY ACCOUNT for the same amount of the credit!!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY FUMING WITH THEIR H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E service!!! No one in their rubbish customer service can advise me. They don't reply to emails, call at inconvenient times and then leave vague emails.
Spent almost an hour trying to get into a car I had reserved that was parked two levels underground where there was no phone signal and so the app didn't work. The response from the customer service team after making three calls (to try and access my booked car) to the question why are the cars left so far underground was "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't"
