My email doesn’t work right now so I can’t receive any messages from you. I KNOW my password but you don’t recognize it! So right now I CANNOT use your app at all! Not happy! Really don’t like your “updates”. When you did this the last time I lost all my past history…so that’s another sore subject. Please help me resolve this issue asap. I work regularly and it’s a major problem!
How can I edit my hours myself? Occasionally I forget to log off when I finish working, and by the time I remember I've accrued more work time. I believe I am classified as an administrator in my employer's company. Thanks!

Well here we are a new year and this app is still very very slow you would think after the time the app has developed they would work on getting the system to move faster but unfortunately not. The app would be incredible if it worked on time. Many people have complained. If you read the comments it’s the number 1 issue but still they ignore the cries. Anyone looking for urgent requests will prob miss them and if your organizing your week will have to be super patient waiting 5 seconds for each click to refresh your page. Not a very good app for New Yorkers.

I really hope you don’t rely on this app to book your main source of income because you will be very disappointed. The user interface is extremely slow. It does not refresh well and when receiving a motivation for a shift, you have to wait 5+ minutes for it to load before seeing the available shift. Then by the time you click on it, the shift is gone. I’ve complained, my coworkers have complained. Overall, a horrible app and the creators don’t both to do anything to fix it.

So not user friendly, THEN it updates and everything changes and I have to learn it all over again (I’ve only used it for one job so far!!!) THEN it updates again and again and again each time I open the app. So lame. Now wonder the peeps I was working with told me they never use it. Now when I look at my earnings screen it just keeps loading- not giving me a bit of useful information. Yuk
