No puedo abrir el nivel dos en inglés, ni en francés, paso de manera excelente el nivel uno, pero cuando voy a iniciar el nivel siguiente, simplemente no funciona, dice que hay un error, que no se puede descargar el nivel dos. Y me gusta mucho la aplicación, es muy efectiva, ¿pueden arreglar eso para mi? Por favor.

How to fix Speekoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Speekoo app on iPhone
Update Speekoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Speekoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Speekoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Speekoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Speekoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Speekoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Speekoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Speekoo » click [Force Stop]

Update Speekoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Speekoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Speekoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Speekoo.

Fix Speekoo unable to contact server/ Speekoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Speekoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Speekoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
