It crashes every time I hit “format”

When creating my video, it freezes as I m about to add a video media and this goes on for hours until I abandon it and go back to it next day. Then it starts working for a few minutes and then goes back to freezing. This slowing me down please help

How to fix Filmr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Filmr app on iPhone
Update Filmr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Filmr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Filmr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Filmr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Filmr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Filmr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Filmr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Filmr » click [Force Stop]

Update Filmr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Filmr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Filmr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Filmr.

Fix Filmr unable to contact server/ Filmr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Filmr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Filmr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Filmr
