Actually my garbage company is better. They at least are helpful and talk to me when I have issues on the weekend. If you are having issues after hours or on the weekend you are out of luck. Also if you travel international, good luck accessing your account. Four consecutive international travels I had my account locked...especially frustrating after you take the effort to call ahead and use GuardianCreditUnionAlabama to notify them of your international travel dates. Even more frustrating when you’ve been banking with this company for thirty years and after a recent merger they don’t care. They lost my business. Garbage company with garbage representation

GuardianCreditUnionAlabama has been unavailable since its last update 2 months ago. 9 out of 10 people use GuardianCreditUnionAlabama DAILY to keep up with daily transactions.

login now requires MLM (no big deal) but in order to configure it you need a link. A pop addresses this saying use this url to set up MLM, yet provided no url. I am locked out of mobile account

Went to card control to turn off my card now when I go back to the screen I can’t even turn it back on and lucky for me it’s the weekend now I can’t even spend my b own money GuardianCreditUnionAlabama is pure trash

GuardianCreditUnionAlabama now says “OFX can’t accept the DS token” when trying to login. App crashes and goes down every night at midnight. Sometimes the login information is cleared and when reentered says invalid login. GuardianCreditUnionAlabama support directs to a page that says the page is invalid. Scam.

Before this whole ‘internal operation error’ started happening it was a great app a d now I cant even login or access anything.

Much better than the old app. More functionality. I'm impressed!

Love GuardianCreditUnionAlabama! It is very user friendly and offers more options than the previous app. Love that GCU continues to work for their members by upgrading their technology. Excited about GCU offering mobile deposit!

This is a wonderful new & I totally love it, way to go GCU 😁😁 It's only missing one feature & that's pending deposits . It'd be pretty cool if I could see a pending deposit the day before . Please consider this !

Functionality is great! I love the new app. The ability to easily identify pending transactions makes it easier for me to balance my checkbook. Remote deposit is also a big plus.
