I have been trying to register to play on Monday.....May9 at Cape Royal Golf Course, Cape Coral Florida, 5:30 start. Thought I had done everything properly....even saw "You are in" message. BUT....have not received any confirmation, and am continuing to get "You are not registered for Spark Golf " this week. Can you help me out and clear this up?,,,,,Thanks

How to fix Spark Golf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spark Golf app on iPhone
Update Spark Golf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spark Golf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spark Golf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spark Golf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spark Golf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spark Golf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spark Golf App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spark Golf » click [Force Stop]

Update Spark Golf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spark Golf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spark Golf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spark Golf.

Fix Spark Golf unable to contact server/ Spark Golf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spark Golf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spark Golf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spark Golf
