I was in a rush to get to work and scanned the first bike I saw. The bike lock was completely broken, and when I looked up, someone used their personal lock on that broken bike. I immediately reported the case. The app charged me for 200 minutes (extra fined fee) for a bike I couldn’t use and couldn’t lock. I reported the case over 10 times and called customer support but nobody picked up. The case report was “pending” for 200 minutes. They still charged me the extra fee.

Do not download this app, the driver Never reach you, and leave without you. also you have to pay for driver. The most saddest thing is customer service ask you to pay for it, she told me she can’t solve anything.
