I have purchased items online and 2 were delivered broken. Also purchased a mattress and returned it, but after pickup it got lost. When I asked for exchange of broken item, it takes forever to get refund or pickup. Every time I call, they tell me they are sending an email to someone to get this solved and nothing happens. It is all ghosting. A courier service showed up one time and realized the car was too small so he couldn’t take the item. I keep trying to reschedule the pickup and nothing is happening. So I have lost 2000 SAR from lost mattress and another 700 SAR from broken mirror that they don’t want to pick up.

I bought an item online and scheduled a delivery date. Everything was smooth when I made the order and paid. When the delivery date came nobody contacted me or showed up at my door step!! Trying to get someone to reply on HomeCentreOnline or even the hotline was a disaster!! Extremely one of the worst customer service I encountered. Will not recommend ordering online from HomeCentreOnline. Only use app as a catalogue.

Be careful don’t buy anything from home centre online in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 because they didn’t care after sale never if they bring your thing broke or missing anything from it didn’t answered i bought from 2 years dining room missing 3 pieces and 2 places is broken

Bad Custer service I contacted them 4 times to update my phone number which should be a simple and basic service, but it took me 4 days and nothing changed.
Also, you should fix HomeCentreOnline it does not have (send button )when you chat with customer service.

I ordered online order but now its late 4 days the order state never changed, no possible contact, no one answer and you are left just like that! Waiting to see what will happen! Also, the verification of mobile number is sooo bad, the message comes toooooooo late and doesn’t work! The only good thing is browsing and searching HomeCentreOnline which is great.

I would like to say that the customer service in homecenter is very very bad. And if there’s less that 1star I would put for you!
One month to receive a call or an answer for my damage item that I have received after many calls to the customer service hotline.
I will tell all my friends about how bad is my experience with you guys.

Customer service is very bad and not helpful at all. I bought something and asked to pick it up myself from the warehouse , they gave me wrong item and when I called customer service they blamed me for not checking the item at the warehouse 😅😂, the item was mattress where it is impossible to check and verify there where the cover was very dusty.

I have been trying to reach out to customer service through email with no luck, they invested in their auto reply claiming they will get back to me within 24 hours with no luck. Delivery date reached and I was promised it will be delivered between 10 - 2 pm and now it's 8:30 pm where the driver is 1 hour away. I will think twice before ordering from Home Centre.

Had two deliveries one set for the 23rd and the other on the 28th. Called the carrier and asked him if he could deliver both at once and he said “it would be easier for him and his crew”. However, he said please contact customer service and inform them. The person in charge of the warehouse refused to hand it to the carrier although i contacted customer service requested it. I don’t why he’s this childish but FYI customer service should be beyond what your selling!

I spent 4 months to approve and return a damaged sofa Set. There was a fabric damage in texture and they admitted that. But they delayed the returned back delivery until finishing the sales to force you to take the replacement after the sale and pay more than the credit note that the issue it after the returnees...
after three weeks of the approval of returning, they came immediately on the next day of sales expiring!!!!!!!!

By far one of the worst companies I have seen in regard to customer service. In this case it’s extremely hard to get a refund if not impossible. HomeCentreOnline refuses to load and is stuck on an error screen. If you try to call in they tell you they will send an email to a manager and to call back in a few days. Then have no record of your issue! First time customer and was the last time ill ever shop there.

I have ordered many stuff, i keep receiving piece by piece, and i got delayed three times for the sofa. Every time i call to see what is the issue and i get no answer. Last time delivery the driver said I can’t come to your place and this my limit. How come ?!! And the delivery before how did you come to my place. When i called the call center they gave me their supervisor number ‘SERAJ’. He told if you want cancel your order in impolite way. So at the end its all waste of time

It’s a real shame for such a brand to carelessly handle their customers online.
For me I’ve ordered some product through HomeCentreOnline since a month ago & filled two complains already, and yet no response till today. Plus, their customer service contact number is not working in the first place.
It is so shame since I’m a devoted vendor for their brand.

For a shopping app to be successful, it needs to come with a solid back office after sale support starting with the actual delivery!! I tried it once by ordering one simple item. It’s been 4 working days so far and I am still waiting for that delivery..!! Don’t use HomeCentreOnline for shopping

I ordered items over a week ago, but until now no notification what happened to my order. Don’t even know what’s the status and when it will be delivered. All kinds of communication i had made ro reach the help center but to no avail. If only someone is replying to my query it would be better. Innovate and upgrade your apps. Especially the service desk.

I enjoyed shopping in Home Center, has diverse items to choose from in addition to easy payment methods using Tabby and Tamara.

I bought bed room 6 pieces and part of dress table missing and I’m about to get married and no one contact with me since last week
daily I’m calling them automatic respond that they are busy!!!! How come?
First time I deal with them and I got very bad experience
