Absolutely horrific pile of stinking garbage

The worst! Most inefficient pile of software garbage I have ever had the unfortunate chance of being associated with. 10/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND

Limited

ServicePro is extremely limited and lags out a lot. I’ve been using apps for about 3-4 years and this one is the worst. History is limited by 1/2 line items and no descriptions. Customers are constantly emailing me asking where I wrote the comments. Our service technicians including myself have been shown multiple areas where to write things or even title certain pictures correctly or else they will not show. Overall not service friendly when service techs are the ones using ServicePro 6-7 times a day. Please just get rid of this in all so it’s not available to use. Thank you!!

1990 called they want this program back

My company “upgraded “ to this program for over $500,000. Features that were supposed to be supported at our launch still don’t work 2 years later. Also they do stealth updates for features that other companies ask for and the changes get passed on to you too!

Abomination

ServicePro is terrible. Do not seek it for your company. I’m being forced to use this.

With an IPhone XR ServicePro force closes and crashes all the time. VERY SLOW. I cannot emphasize how slow and how much it crashes. Just simply going from one page to another is comically slow.

Doesn’t keep or store data the way you expect it. Even keeping all the information from one job together is not possible.

The “Company” that made this “app” should look into other avenues as they obviously don’t know how to make a semi competent app. ServicePro makes work orders a nightmare and is my most dreaded part of my day.

Simply terrible

You’d be better off making a google form for you company than going with ServicePro. Or you could just use the ole’ paper system. Unless you enjoy long sync times (that often don’t even work), reports disappearing, and clunky checklist systems, steer clear of ServicePro.

SPMgarbage

If the object of an app is to jot work at all, crash constantly, make absolutely no sense, and be a general pile of garbage is the one for you. Seriously, it’s garbage. This company should be shut down what a crock. I can’t believe anyone would pay them to use this software. Apple should ban this from ServicePro Store as fraud.

Service UnPro

I have been using Service Pro for about three years or so.
There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed.
- Loosing data, photos and customer information.
- Few viewable lines when entering comments.
- When entering numerical values on some lines
ServicePro will only except one number at a time.

These are a few of the glitches that need to be fixed.

ServicePro is terrible. Crashes all the time, and takes forever to load. Don’t waste your time.

Worst app I have ever used hands down. Looks thrown together and runs like dial up.

Do not use

ServicePro is the most frustrating thing you will ever experience. Be ready to lose money and piss off customers when pictures and Info magically disappears. Also get use to sync errors constantly.

MSI

We were told the application would keep a history and build on it as customers were visited. For our needs a detailed history is a must but that is not what you get. ServicePro is ok if your wanting to record your service info on a digital device instead of paper but you waste a lot of time correcting and syncing then starting the next call to capture drive time. It gets old.

When I uploaded pictures and information to complete site visit using Windows 11 laptop hot sync and go to my iPhone open up app hit sync the information I uploaded using Windows 11 laptop does not show up.

Delete appts before starting work

We use this to manage our service team for the last year. The biggest frustration has been constant syncing issues and pictures from jobs not being uploaded after closing even though ServicePro won’t allow you to close the job without attaching pictures. I finally found the workaround. Do not start a job when working in an appointment. You need to delete the appointment before you start the work. In fact you can’t even hit work started and then attach pictures. Just add the pictures after deleting the appointment. Then after all have been uploaded, hit accept job, work started, then close. If you try to attach pictures within an appt or when you are in work started ServicePro will give you sync errors. This work around has saved many frustrating hours of work. Other than that it’s a decent app. But it took a year to figure this out.

Great App!

ServicePro helps eliminate the need to do paper work in the office at the end of the day.
