Saudi Ride Hailing Kaiian Reviews

I keep getting calls from people saying they are from this company and often get them after midnight and from multiple people but did get a call during the day. They claim that my number is on the account although this is a number I recently got and is less than a month old. I tried downloading SaudiRideHailing now in hopes of creating an account so that I no longer get calls but can’t get past main screen. It wasn’t able to find a call center to reach out to in hopes of resolving this problem.

I used SaudiRideHailing to order a taxi. It was showing 3 minutes before pickup. When I order I was given a taxi that 30 mins away from the airport. I tried to cancel but they said it would cost 5 SAR. No problem. I thought I would be able to get my money back and try a different car. Nope. No I’m stuck at the airport and I can’t get a ride because they will charge a full ride and not give your money back even if you cancel. Just stick to Uber or Careem.

I’m at a loss for words when I see the ceo of what’s considered the best driving app handling so much criticism towards the country that he resides in.

Playing customers, no respect for timing even if u make ride later, no customer service, contact with them by paying money. The worst app i ever used I recommend no body use this stupid and unresponsive app WOTH KAIIAN YOU WILL LOOS UR TIME AND UR MONEY

I used SaudiRideHailing numerous times with no issues and now when I needed it the most it says account is suspended. No phone number to call to reinstate my account Now I’m stuck with no ride

App didn’t accept 3 of my us credit cards.

Driver picked me up wanted 4 times amount shown on app then demanded more money only the route.

They suspended my account without notice and they offer no way in SaudiRideHailing to talk to the administration. Website support doesn’t offer English.

Time mentioned is not accurate

It’s 2024, what’s the excuse for not offering Apple Pay? Entering credit card details and having to deal with authorizations etc is sooo 20th century.

Some drivers ask to cancel then SaudiRideHailing charge customers

Just missing Apple Pay as payment method, it’s more secure and easy than regular bank cards.
I’ve tried to add my STC pay card to charge the wallet but it gets rejected initially.
Hope you work on this.
Otherwise, SaudiRideHailing and my experience with drivers is good till now.

I love SaudiRideHailing and service. Taxi rates are acceptable, normal, just like all apps. But the quality is always good and clean and the cars deliver the car quickly. In my opinion, in general, this is the best taxi app in Riyadh.
