why did you update TUTigerRide . The old version was better.
TUTigerRide used to work okay, besides the general buses not following schedules, but now my app glitches out, and I can’t even open the thing. I know this school has money considering how many buildings are under construction, so why not use some extra money to fix an important part of some of your student’s transportation?
App literally takes forever to load if it even loads. If i could give 0 stars i would.

You took a perfectly functioning app and “bricked it”. Why is TUTigerRide not working today when it worked fine last week? Smh

TUTigerRide worked perfectly fine before the update. Now it doesn’t even load at all.
TUTigerRide suffers from constant crashes and infinite loading screen. If you ever need to get somewhere quick TUTigerRide will only slow you down.
I’ve been using the TU app since I started attending Towson back in 2019. Now they updated it to look more “up to date.” It looks nice, if only it was usable. But now I cannot load any routes especially when I need them. At least I know that My well-earned student loan money is going to making TUTigerRide more visually pleasing, but f-ing up it’s main purpose.

I just downloaded TUTigerRide for the new semester and it will not load no matter what. It’s not my wifi because everything else works fine and I have unlimited data. I really need this for next semester. Please fix it!
Great presentation of TUTigerRide however TUTigerRide never loads and can never see when to get on the bus smh.
TUTigerRide is ok. The layout isn't great and there has been a problem where the bus schedule keeps getting delayed and pushed back. Please fix this. Tracking is not great either
The updated version of TUTigerRide is soo slow. I need to wait for soo long before I see the status and by that time, the shuttle is gone. Please fix that. If the new version is like this, I like the old version better.
I’m not sure which department runs TUTigerRide, but the West Village bus has not been tracking correctly for about two weeks. We use this to get to class on time and I’ve been late a couple of times due to TUTigerRide’s poor quality. Please fix it.
