I’m a personal trainer that’s been using this app for the last few months and have noticed that’s it’s been helping me reach my personal goals. For this reason I’ve been starting to mandatorily make my clients use this app to reach their goals and it’s been working very well! Love love love this app! Being an ex college athlete I had always showed up to practice and was told exactly what the workout was for the day- no thinking/planning required. Now that I no longer have that luxury it’s a very hard adjustment planning my own workouts in the gym. This app makes it so easy to brainlessly turn on my workout and push myself just as I used to with my coach right there! Highly recommend!
