L’application est facile d’utilisation et la prise en main du véhicule également. Les voitures proposées sont aussi de qualité et propres. J ai loué une voiture en moins de 5 minutes ce qui change des interminables files d attente que nous pouvons rencontrer dans les agences de location traditionnelles.

Location precu du 24 au 29 Mai. Le 29, depot de vehicule prevu pour 18h. A 10h du mat, je m aperçoit que le vehicle ne demarre pas. Je passe 24h a appeler Toosla, envoyer des messages dans "aide" ZERO reponse. Jappel assistance dE BMW qui me dit que TOOSLA a bloqué le vehicule a distance. Pourquoi?! Je n en sais rien. 600euros de payer en avance avec 360euros de cautions. Je rentre aux USA, tjr pas de nouvelle, je laisse le vehicule garé la ou il etait. 36h apres ENFIN quelqu un deccroche m annonce que je devrais payer un surplus de 165euros pr defaut de ne pas avoir posé le vehicule a lheure convenue et a lendroi convenu. UNE GROSSE BLAGUE et FRAUDE! Personnes ne repond au telephone, zero service apres vente, et meme par email RIEN. Ce sont des VOLEURS, je voyage en France 1 fois par mois et je loue toujours chez Sixth. Jai voulu faire moin chere avec Toosla, PLUS JAMAIS! Jprefere payer cher pr un bn service que moin chere pour une companiw voleuse et incompetente. Restez LOIN LOIN LOIN de TOOSLA !
