Ive just spent £3.04 on this app from my account and have not received my gold bars.
Lost all my progress

App locked up and couldn’t get it to load. Deleted and now it won’t retrieve my progress. It’s retrieving progress from another FB account I had and says I’m logging in as me but keeps the old progress. Stopped playing for two months because I couldn’t complete a level and now I can look forward to playing again. I’m done. Zero app support can be found :(
Fix the bug

Not happy at all. Got so far into this game now every time I open it I just get a green screen. If I delete and reload I lose all my progress because I don’t link games to my Facebook. I’ve waited through a couple updates and no change. Once I delete the app it’s not going back on so I guess I have to find another game. Just sucky.
Suggestion for game makers

Love the game-addictive once you get started playing. One suggestion- once you plateau and have to wait 6 hrs for a new level, you give option to pay 12 gold bricks to continue. Even at 15 mins, the cost is the same 12 bricks to open immediately. Decrease the Amtof gold bricks needed as the clock winds down. Thanks for the game and your consideration.

**UPDATE. Not sure what happened, but after waiting a period of time-the game reset back to the previous level that was completed. Thank you. There is a big difference from restarting at level 1060+ and being sent back to level 1. Thanks again.
