I do not like your guys app at all. I am someone who always using app to keep track of my money and transactions but your guys app does not show the exact amount of money I have instead it shows what I had before making purchases until it gets cleared I think you guys need to fix this especially if it’s not a restaurant waiting on tip to clear that should be only exception. So you should make it to where it shows you exactly what you have after purchasing an item. Also my card gets declined at Valero gas station all the time and will go to different gas station after and it works. Bank of American online banking app is great. Thanks for your time

The CEFCU online banking app does not keep up with a real time balance for accounts. It’s the most annoying experience I’ve ever had, especially coming from a different credit union in a different state that kept an accurate balance down to the minute of purchase. No bank should be holding purchases in pending for days and not keeping up with a correct working balance in this day and age. Not to mention the mobile deposit app…. 50% of the time it has an error and take two or three shots to deposit a check. And, please note, I’ve only been using this bank and app for about a month and significantly regretting changing banks.

I do not live anywhere close to any CEFCU. All my banking is remote. Any time I have ever called a customer service rep I have a 50/50 shot of a rude customer care rep. If I try to do anything on the computer/app the server is down and I can not touch my account. Who ever your IT Company is fire them. I work in it for the military and I would be fired in a heartbeat if our server was down as much as CEFCU’s servers are down. Also any time you transfer any money it takes a week to see it reflected on your account. Heck even a Starbucks gift card is more advanced then CEFCU. It’s embarrassing to be a bank this size and have such horrible issues
