Downloaded FanFoodApp , our stadium is not listed, but the concessions use FanFoodApp. No FAQ’s available to troubleshoot. Tried the "live help" but no one responded and it’s been over an hour.

Used Fan Food at a game last week and it worked great. Got to order our food without missing half the game standing in line. Our delivery guy was super nice and it was a great way to get the food without a big hassle. Wish more places were using it!

Such a great alternative to standing in line. I hope it’s permanent. The only hookup was when their out of a food it doesn’t tell you and I thought something was wrong with my payment. But I eventually figured it out.

FanFoodApp is super easy to use and the cool thing is it has tons of functionalities too! Like order ahead, customizing the order, in-app chat, ETA and everything! It was pretty cool to explore FanFoodApp . Can’t wait to use it at more venues.

Sat next to this tent at Austin 360 and opted to order bottles of water to see how the ap worked. Was able to download the ap so connectivity wasn’t an issue. My order sat in a queue and we were never notified it was ready. They found it in a when we went to the tent to ask about it. However defeats the purpose as we could have walked to another vendor and gotten drinks while our order sat in a queue somewhere. Not convenient. Don’t waste your time with this ap.

Love this concept! Used the express pickup at Durham Bulls stadium and worked seamlessly. Don’t have to spend an entire inning standing in line. Would like to see the in-seat delivery option that others have been raving about offered in Durham!

I don’t go to live events often, but when I do I use FanFood! Seriously, FanFoodApp is exactly what those who don’t want to miss a play or song need. I love it and will use it at every venue that has it.

App is so easy to use. And the staff is always fast and great to deal with. This makes everything so convenient. I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone use FanFood!

Used FanFoodApp at the iCubs game last night. Our order was delivered in under 5 minutes! Will definitely use again!

Wow, that was so easy to use. Absolutely blown away how fast the service was. Never going to have to stand in line at concessions again and now get to watch more of the game! Fantastic!!

I patiently waited for an hour for my food, no complaints nothing because I understand it’s a busy night. Then when it’s been an hour I sent a message just to check up on my food. Then after that I checked and it said the concession stand was closed. I emailed the support team and the concession stand for a refund and nothing so far. Scammers

Love how FanFoodApp lets me to order food from anywhere anytime when I’m at events. If you go to any events, you need FanFoodApp!!!

Used it in Durham. The wait time said 14 minutes and 30 minutes in it still said “order placed”. The food then arrived 50 minutes after being ordered and one of the chicken tenders and fries had no tenders, only fries. On top of that, FanFoodApp is poorly built, it’s hard to press the menu button and there’s no way to ask for ketchup/mustard. I will not be using again.

Ordered a coke and a popcorn and received it two minutes later!!! Will definitely use FanFoodApp again!

FanFood is the new freaky fast food delivery at sports events! I finally get to enjoy the tickets and watch everything love it can’t wait for it to be everywhere!!

Such a convenient and needed app for every sporting event! FanFoodApp is quick and easy to use. Saved me so much time so I didn't have to miss a moment of the game.

What happened to human service?? Ordered for our family during a basketball game. Got wrong order and missing fries. Tried to “live chat” with customer service and got no response. Since then have emailed for a refund and still no response. Would have loved a person to speak with instead of this.

Used FanFoodApp as advertised at Skyline Drive-In in Shelbyville, IN. Ordered and paid for food at 9:45 PM. App always said food would be ready in 30 minutes. At 11:40 PM we left after the first movie. The snack stand said the software doesn't work. Paid nealry $40 and got nothing.

Love FanFoodApp! The drivers and bikers are always cool they deliver right to the door and i am happy I get McDonald's without getting up !!! Evolution of food is crazy

Even though sometimes there’s issues, I call customer service and someone is there ready to help and it always ends up with the problem resolved one way or another.

I love FanFood! It would be even better if we could order those limited time offers that restaurants sometimes have instead of paying full price for them.

Ordering food was easy and they have so many options to choose from. Track your delivery from the time you place your order all the way up to when it's delivered to your door!

This sometimes helps out so much! The most random times this helps, and it makes everyone safe! If you are drunk, or anything FanFoodApp helps bring food when it’s convent!!

Sometimes the orders don't go through and i have to do it again but after that it usually works. It has definitely saved me. i love it

FanFoodApp has been very helpful. Whenever you need food but you can't leave the house, you just tell the phone what food you want, and it comes to your house.

So my car is currently in the shop so I use FanFoodApp to get someone to eat until I get my car back later today! I love FanFoodApp very convenient quick service!!
