Sat next to this tent at Austin 360 and opted to order bottles of water to see how the ap worked. Was able to download the ap so connectivity wasn’t an issue. My order sat in a queue and we were never notified it was ready. They found it in a when we went to the tent to ask about it. However defeats the purpose as we could have walked to another vendor and gotten drinks while our order sat in a queue somewhere. Not convenient. Don’t waste your time with this ap.

I patiently waited for an hour for my food, no complaints nothing because I understand it’s a busy night. Then when it’s been an hour I sent a message just to check up on my food. Then after that I checked and it said the concession stand was closed. I emailed the support team and the concession stand for a refund and nothing so far. Scammers

Used it in Durham. The wait time said 14 minutes and 30 minutes in it still said “order placed”. The food then arrived 50 minutes after being ordered and one of the chicken tenders and fries had no tenders, only fries. On top of that, the app is poorly built, it’s hard to press the menu button and there’s no way to ask for ketchup/mustard. I will not be using again.
