Every employee at the hotel tells you to use the app. HOWEVER the app doesn’t work. You cant check itenerary for resort activities any where else but the app (that doesn’t work), you cant reserve to eat dinner, which is mandatory if you want to eat dinner, but the app does not work and all the guest are left arguing with the staff just to eat. It’s ridiculous. I dont get why they cant just post the activities on another platform or on a paper and tape it to the wall. Also why they make it mandatory to reserve to eat dinner but lunch and breakfast you just wait in line for your turn. by the way not 1 employee knows how to work the app but they just say check the app or you have to do it on the app -_- train your staff on how to use the app if you are forcing the guest to done Everything on it
We first checked in and were told that the prices that we saw when we reserved our stay have changed. Almost doubling. Not only that the person checking is in said the new price change started today and it doesn’t matter if we booked our stay months ago and booked it with a previous price. Then our first day there was spent requesting maintenance for our room. Are sink didn’t work, safe didn’t work and our phone didn’t work. So we had to walk to the lobby since we couldn’t call. We were told several times (after walking back and forth from the lobby back to the room) that someone was coming to fix it. No one ever showed.... terrible, terrible, terrible. So much for relaxing and being taken care of on our honeymoon.
One of the worst apps ever. Don’t bother downloading. The this app website is almost as bad. Customer support told me there is nothing they can do and this is and has been a problem for a long time. Pre-check in doesn’t work. Cannot update and save my personal information such as address, country of citizenship or travel documents. Received email advising I can pre-check in to get 1,000 bonus points and upgrade. Well I can’t pre-check in andI can’t get those amenities. Have not even arrived at my destination and this app is already a disappointment.
