This is the worst credit union or a bank. Whatever you wanna call it I’ve ever seen in my life I spent hours in the bank and you still can’t get your card working.

Please go elsewhere for your financial needs. Every single time they update something it causes countless problems that take months to get solved. Currently it is impossible to send funds through Zelle on this app after the last update.

Its settings don’t actually save, so the ‘instant balance’ and facial identification options are essentially useless. Its usually just easier to go to the actual webpage to use the bank because of how shoddy the app is.
