I changed mobile phone and installed the paid version of Facetune. The app no longer has a tab for videos, nor is able to see videos in my folders. Samsung S23 Ultra, Singapore playstore. Previous phone was linked to UK playstore.

I haven’t been able to take a picture in the app for quite some time as the camera icon is no longer there. I can only edit photos I’ve taken through my camera on my phone. This app does not allow me to take pictures from within this app anymore. Please fix as most of us are paying for this app it’s been months now!!

The “retouch” feature isn’t working today 😔 When I select any of the options such as “heal”, “whiten”, “smooth” etc. then click the check mark.. it just returns to the original menu at the bottom (where you would click “retouch”..

How to fix Facetune app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Facetune app on iPhone
Update Facetune app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Facetune iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Facetune on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Facetune network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Facetune Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Facetune not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Facetune App
1. On android, goto Settings » Facetune » click [Force Stop]

Update Facetune to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Facetune App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Facetune » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Facetune.

Fix Facetune unable to contact server/ Facetune internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Facetune » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Facetune » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Facetune
