- You need to collect 50 stamps in order to claim a cookware plus paid in addition to redeem.

- Lowe's Foods is overpricing the groceries.

- The app won't even load with anything except to say the last promotion is over.

- The app doesn't tell you where things are located in the store, what they have in the store, etc.

When I try to open the app I get this message: “Unable to establish connection. Check your internet connection.” I deleted and reinstalled the app, but I still get the message.

How to fix MyKaboodle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyKaboodle app on iPhone
Update MyKaboodle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyKaboodle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyKaboodle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyKaboodle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyKaboodle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyKaboodle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyKaboodle App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyKaboodle » click [Force Stop]

Update MyKaboodle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyKaboodle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyKaboodle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyKaboodle.

Fix MyKaboodle unable to contact server/ MyKaboodle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyKaboodle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyKaboodle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyKaboodle
